If you want a quiet hotel on the outskirts of Kings Lynne this is definitely for you. Jane most welcoming, greeted me by name and very helpful. Specious room 3 on second floor, with en suite, 1 double and 1 single bed in room 3. Even offered fresh milk for our tea and coffee. Breakfast and dinner both good, with... More

The hotel was clean and in a quiet location. Jane, the owner, was very pleasant and attentive. A bonus for me was that the hotel caters very well for vegetarians, both for the evening meal, which was delicious, and at breakfast time.

Excellent, friendly service with good food available too! Taz and Jane are lovely people and make it a pleasure to visit 😊 clean rooms with ample parking spaces within the grounds, what's not to love? Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Norfolk.

We arrived to smiles, very formal, nothing to much trouble, Jane showed us to our room, very nice, we had our German shepherd with us, he was made very welcome also. On to went to a local pub, the Swan Inn for an exceptional meal that evening. We came downstairs for breakfast, and a full English here is a full... More

This is a proper hotel, a building with character, mine nothing was too much trouble even to the loan of cuff links. The food really good. The room we had was clean comfortable with an en-suite. Near to the town. Altogether a warm and happy experience. We are looking for a reason to go back soon.

I stayed here as I was away with work in Hunstanton but could not get a hotel at that location due to holiday season. This hotel was roughly 20 mins from Hunstanton by car. I was originally a bit dubious as the reviews were quite mixed, however, upon arrival I felt instantly relaxed. The car park was easy to find... More

I cannot say how grateful I am to Jane for accepting a call from a distraught mother, at almost 11pm last Tuesday evening, asking for help to accommodate her young son who'd been let down on his B&B arrangement at the very last minute. He was 250 miles from home, attending a job interview the next day and driving around... More

Excellent B&B plus. I had a dear little turret bedroom with sitting room and ensuite bathroom, all spotless and well furnished. A great eye for detail. The tea tray was very well stocked and there were 2 TVs, one in each room. Our hostess was charming and welcoming. We had a drink on the terrace , followed by an excellent... More
