I was given a red letter day voucher as a birthday present and we decided to come here as it is close to where we live. Booking was easy, service on the day was good and the afternoon tea itself was delightful. We were pleasantly surprised at the portions of cake (huge) and the b

Lovely venue for a spa weekend. The spa was good as was the hotel and dining facilities. My inclusive "30" minute back, neck and shoulder massage actually lasted 15 minutes. It felt a bit cheap skate, and spoiled what was otherwise a nice weekend.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Front desk was attentive and pleasant. The food in the restaurant was excellent, though service was bit on the slow side. (10 min for a bottle of wine??). Food and service at the bar was lovely, and they do make a fantastic Pimm's there! ;)

Me and my partner were really looking forward to spending our weekend at Crowne Plaza Marlow. When booking the treatment times we were given times before we could get into the room, which was fine because they have changing facilities for you to use. However when leaving your stu

Does the gym have a Concept2 rowing machine/erg?
Please note Property Representative that I have one of these machines at home and have been using it for more than 15 years, and I can assure you that you are lying to me. The chains on yours are rusty, which takes years of non maintenance to build up. One of the monitors has a broken battery compartment that has been patched with duct tape, and from the looks of it it has been in this state for months. Both the monitors have buttons which do not register; not a software fault, again poor maintenance (lack of cleaning). There were other sets of equipment which were not working and had notes to the effect that they had notified Life Fitness, but after a week or so they were still in the same condition. By denying your faults you will never improve. By jumping on any negative feedback you will only stop people from sharing their ideas, suggestions, comments, experiences and reflections with you, which will only help lead to an even earlier downfall of your hotel. Really, pathetic of you, and I shall be sharing my comments with your senior Corporate management.

Not a question but needs to be said somewhere! Management attack genuine yet negative reviews with defamatory statements such as accusing people of trying to not pay bills amongst other widely untrue remarks. We have had an unbelievable and shocking response. GO ELSEWHERE!
This was my first time at this hotel, I was there for a work event and we stayed there for two nights, some of the staff were really nice but there were a couple whose attitude was not helpful, other than I enjoyed my stay
