A very lovely welcoming and friendly hotel. The room was large and spacious with two extremely comfortable beds. Good value at £80 however breakfast wasn't included and was an extra £15 each! The hotel is a bit out of the way and cost £8 to get a taxi into town. Marlow is a beautiful place.

I visited Crown Plaza Marlow with my wife, my 4 year old boy and my 9 month old baby. We were celebrating my wife's birthday. We paid £192.00 for 2 nights from Friday to Sunday. We had a room with 2 very comfortable double beds including breakfast every morning and access to the very impressive leisure facilities and we booked...

The hotel is in need of an update. Our room wasn't very clean and left 2 towels for a family room of 4. Noisy children running around the bar unsupervised. Dinner was really good, but breakfast not great. The 40 min wait for the bill to be corrected was a joke..

My husband booked this a last minute getaway. the hotel is old and tired looking, the staff on reception are miserable and don't have a clue. the spa is tired worn out and frankly horrible, they use so much chlorine it stings your eyes and the steam room was out of order, hence we used the spa once - which...

I had previously booked afternoon tea for my wives birthday for 12 people, but when the guests arrived they were told nothing had been booked (even though i had an e-mail confirmation) But luckily by the time i had arrived the staff had already begun creating seating in the main restaurant for us all and they couldn't of done anything...

This was my 3rd visit to the Crown Plaza Marlow for business. The Reception Staff and all Bar/Dining Room Staff were very friendly and tried to accommodate as best as possible. The rooms were very nice, a little outdated but efficient enough. I did notice that there was a build up of lime in the shower head. The only niggle...

We stayed at this hotel with our new 8 week old baby and had a really nice weekend break. On checking in the staff were very friendly and couldn't help enough. We had an executive room which was modern and spacious and found the hotel bar nice and relaxing. It was a nice walk into town either along the canal...

Booked this hotel on a deal and was pleasantly surprised, check in was quick and the room we had (221) was a fair size with a desk, chairs, 2 double beds and a fridge. The bath room again was of a good size with bath and a separate shower cubicle (shower was excellent), all was very clean. The room over...

Stayed for just one night in a king size room on the second floor. Large room with desk, chairs, large TV, plenty of pillows and cushions. Bath and separate shower. Tea/Coffee making facilities. Quite rooms that were very comfortable, perfect for an over night stay.

We stayed the night of a friend's wedding. On arrival our room wasn't ready (around midday) so we checked our baggage and went on to the wedding. Arriving late in the evening we were given a key to a smoking room. We are non-smokers. The room reeked of smoke (I can't stress enough how strongly it smelled, a smoky pub...
