Stayed in a junior suite on the 9th (top) floor, well worth it for the sea views, space and your allocated Balinese bed. The entrance to the hotel (facing the hills and another hotel) is a little underwhelming but don’t worry as this hotel is all about the sea/beach side which

My husband and I have recently returned from our 11 night holiday to the Riu Palace Tenerife where as usual we have had a brilliant time. This hotel has the most amazing staff led by inspirational Director Alexis Acevedo and the various heads of department who lead by example,

Hotel remains first class in all aspects but I feel it is about time the additional charge for a safe is abolished (as with similar hotels) bearing in mind the overall holiday cost.seems an unneccesary extra>

A great hotel with excellent friendly staff and good food. The pool area is perfect, quiet with no loud music or screaming children. Would like to see free weights in the gym but that’s my only criticism.

We used hoppavia internet on many holidays they offer three modes of transport you will see when you go online.Just emphasize we requested a car for two and it was actually a mini bus for two, same price, problematic if passengers have mobility problems. Make a point of asking for a car as we would in future.Have a good holiday. av

Hi. There isn’t any building work. Wine is not expensive. You can buy carafes. General area is pricey pint beer €4:50. But further along towards los cristianos €1. Entertainment very good, one night was more like pub act. Enjoy.

Hi Breakfast is served daily from 7.30 to 10.30am daily and if you need to leave early for an excursion you can usually access the restaurant earlier than the time given and just need to make request to Reception the previous evening. Hope you enjoy your holiday and the excursions you are planning,
