Great location, about 11km from central Tarifa, handy for Valdevequeros and Punta Paloma. I thought the facilities were fine; in the room and for the hotel in general, although yes the internet connection wasn't the heftiest that's not a huge issue for me when I'm on holiday. The owner wasn't exactly the most charming person ever, maybe because his English...

I made a complete hash of my booking! I booked for October instead of August (the busiest month in Spain!). Noelia on reception couldn't have been more helpful. She checked and double checked her system only to find that I had made the stupid mistake (my words, not hers). With very swift efficiency and the biggest smile she immediately dealt...

Its the second time we've been here. Super friendly staff even though we booked in late and last minute. Dog friendly, beautiful grounds and opposite the kite beach. Really good for a 2 star resort. The beds have also been replaced and the rare better than 5 star resorts we have stayed in. The rooms are big, basic and have...

My husband and I were here for the second time already. Very good Hotel service. Towel changed every day, clean rooms, full breakfast, and coffee was the tastiest in the world :). We were a big company and we felt like to be alone. Hotel's employees worked so well. Very good strategic location: close to the sea, we visited Gibraltar,...

This is a well run place, it has a simple honesty about it. The staff are really friendly and helpful. It is well positioned, just off the main road, for visiting beaches. The rooms are simple and the kitchenette is basic. Would benefit from upgrading the kitchenette and bringing up to modern standards. But what is good about Cortijo las...

This is a hotel in very nice gardens and friendly staff. The rooms are a good size but very basically furnished with pretty well worn furniture. Our toilet seat was loose and slipped when sat on and, the door to the room rattled so badly with the wind that we did not sleep until we wedged a hefty paper in...

This place was peaceful, quaint and child-friendly which suited us perfectly. The beach is about a 20-minute walk away but you have to negotiate across a very busy/dangerous stretch of road. Once on the other side it's a pleasant walk/cycle to Punta Paloma beach. I always prefer self-catering and as there are no restaurants close-by it is the best option. There...

Me my wife and 2 dogs stayed for 5 days in January. The room was basic, clean, kitchenette was sufficient and the log burner was a great added bonus. The grounds were lovely and the staff really friendly even though we spoke no Spanish and they spoke no English but no probs. All in all we had a great stay....

This small and cozy hotel is really near the beautiful surfer´s beach Punta Paloma. Extremely quiet and pleasant, and away from cars and tourist noise. Mountains in the back, sea in the front. Typical andalusian white house style, rooms facing a stone cobbled patio. Available horse riding, tennis and a nice and clean pool. Excellent for practicing sports, including mountain...
