Having been one the first guests when the hotel opened 5 years ago, it was great to be back. The staff are very helpful and attentive. The rooms are lovely and have everything one needs. There are a few cafes close but if you prefer to have breakfast elsewhere. The outdoor pool and sun decks are well set out. The heated indoor pool and sauna area are very relaxing and enjoyable. We shall return!

My partner and myself stayed for the weekend at this hotel and it was a fabulous experience. Decorated to a high standard and literally a short walk (not even 5 mins) to Los Lances beach. The breakfast was really nice with both hot and cold options. Check in and check out was really easy and the staff were all very kind and accommodating. We used the spa/indoor pool area before we left and it was nice and cosy . The pool area is really something special with the baliense beds. We will definitely be back to stay next year . Unfortunately the rooftop pool and bar was closed as it was off season but honestly it doesn’t take away from how lovely the hotel Really is.

Clean room with great facilities. Nice pool and plenty of sun loungers. The gym was basic but had all that was needed. Loads of choices for breakfast and it was all good quality. Great location within easy reach of the beach and Tarifa was only 20 minutes walk away.We would visit again.

Great rooms/breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. very reasonable price and beautiful pool and outdoor area. Would suggest booking in advance but they seem to have many rooms available in the off season

Excellent value for money. Convenient location twenty minute walk from the old town. Very helpful and friendly staff. However we were surprised that the hotel bar closed at 11 pm. We only stayed B&B so can't comment on the evening restaurant quality.

This could be a great hotel, but there were a couple of things that didn't work well. They had postcards on the bed which is a nice touch. And you can drive up to it unlike most in Europe. Some staff friendly, some not. We had a balcony and could see the sun set (sideways, but still worked). However, the lamps had these hanging things on them and they were like wind chimes when the AC blew straight on them. We had to fix them up so they wouldn't clang all night and keep us awake. In addition, they were very dusty and I'm severely allergic, so...that wasn't fun. My sinuses suffered. We told the manager on duty on the way out on September 19th...we stayed the 17th and 18th, but he was nonchalant about it. In addition, while the breakfast was good, we got back late from taking the ferry to Tangiers Africa and most restaurants were closed so we went to the hotel restaurant. We ordered pizza and nachos, neither of which was good. If we are ever back in Tarifa we would choose a different hotel.…

Beautiful rooms with very nice and traditional details, good breakfast and phenomenal location walking distance to the beach and old town. I would recommend staying here while in Tarifa, the rooms are beautifully decorated and a good size, it’s walking distance to the beach and some amazing cafes for breakfast less than 5 minute walk. The breakfast at the hotel was really nice as well and lots of great restaurants waterfront walking distance. And I would recommend walking to old town Tarifa, lots of beautiful and yummy places to eat. I liked staying a little bit away from the craziness of old town, but still being walking distance and being so close to the beach. The pool was really nice and the rooftop pool had a beautiful view for sunset, a great place to lounge and have a drink and snacks.…

Nice hotel, excellent location and facilities. Very close to the beach. Room very clean. Breakfast is good. There is a spa with a warm swimming pool for relaxing. I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to spend Summer holidays in Tarifa.

We stayed here for 3 night half board. First impressions… the hotel doesn’t present as it does on booking.com or their website they only show pictures of the ‘best bits’ as most companies do as we understand. First night of having dinner we were given a menu or 2 choices for each course all of which were pretty un inspiring, we chose what we thought we’d like and all of the food that came out was either frozen or packeted from the super market across the road. We asked for a non half board package at reception the next morning and which they then offered us back €12 euro each per night per person which comparing to the package/price they shown online was no where near the price they were selling it at. 😆 decided to take this offer because there was no compromise apparently, We had a very arrogant response when talking about the change. The extra 1 star we’ve given is due to the nice pool area and bar staff, we won’t come back to the hotel because of the very bad food and the what we believe to be terrible refund for the dinner package.
