Stayed two days.Booked on the spot per day. Day1 one was Good. Pleasant helpful guy in reception.Room good. Happy! Day 2 was Bad. Guy at reception had little English. Room reeked of smoking. He told me "No! Smoking was on balcony only". Burn marks on locker, holes on a sheet! Breakfast was average.

Amazing wi-fi and location. Breakfast very nice, a good selection of continental and British stuff, juices, tea and coffee. Comfy beds, balcony with a view, toiletries provided in the bathroom. Shower (very important for me!) nice and powerful, the temperature slightly temperamental but no more than my own. Nice staff. Just round the corner from the train station, supermarket and...

Was 6 nights here. Very handy for everything - less than five minutes walk to bus and train stations and five to beach. Room was quite nice with some quirky furniture and daft decor (mine was Jacques Cousteau). Balcony got plenty of sun. The room could have been a bit cleaner (floors esp.) but was OK. Nice sunny balcony. Pity...

We liked this hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Good value for money and good choice for breakfast. We liked the themed rooms and the time machine for the lift.5 minute walk to the beach and the bars and restaurants.

The rooms are clean, the bathroom clean and fresh towels daily.Air con. The breakfast was great and the staff so friendly, The decor was absolutely awful but gave us a laugh because of the Egyptian theme. The beds were so uncomfortable. The hostal was in a great location a few minutes from the coach/bus station and 5 minutes from train...

Very particular hotel : each room has a theme with historical characters..very kitch. The room and the bathroom were clean and that's a good point but for the rest very poor: moquette on the floor and dirty in corridor, breakfast was poor and lacks of quality products, WiFi not detected in our room but only in the corridor. Too expensive...

Very handy for the train station. Just opposite but you must keep an eye out as the FrontPage is small. My room was comfortable with WOW decor. I won't spoil the surprise. Big shopping centre opposite with Primark. 10 mins from the Marian. Lots of restaurants and cafe. Spotlesly clean.

Location, Location, Location, the El Cid has one of the most convenient locations in fuengirola only 2 blocks from the train station, 1 block from the bus station and just over a block from the beach. The staff are really friendly, the room's are clean and the breakfast is fantastic especially what you pay for the rooms. The El Cid...

I stayed in a room that had a chronic mould problem, that had extended to the bed... probably life-threatening if you are asthmatic. The shower was hand-held and freezing cold, regardless of when I used them Stayed in room 108, lacked of double-glazing meant one heard everything on the street, and all traffic. . VERY disappointed.

Very plesant staff, clean tidy rooms with balconies Good european buffet breakfast included all for just over £20. What more do you need. Situated right in the heart of the city. I will certainly stay here again.
