Don't do all inclusive at this hotel. We arrived 3.35 to be told the restaurant was closed 3.30 there are no snacks available. You have to pay for wifi, safe, and even car parking. Bar staff were ok poolside young girl staff were good but the reception staff never once smiled. The food was the worst I have ever had...

Hotel was very dated could with a makeover. Sofas in reception shabby. Carpets in hallways stained. Had a double room on 7 floor. Great view of sea and marina. No coffee or tea facility in rooms. Hotel very good! Staff were brilliant and breakfast just tops! Shame swimming pool was closed for 3 days! Due to a leak but! Allways a great hotel and good value for money!!! Great location for transport both bus and trains!

Very impressive looking hotel on arrival. Reception staff never smiled looked miserable . Room large . Paid for a sea view. It was on the side . We overlooked the pool which was empty when we arrived. the seagulls thoroughly enjoyed a swim in the evening!!! Room was a "superior " room seen better in 3 star hotels. No atmosphere...

Got to the hotel and went to check large group of golfers checking in only 2staff on took ages to get done.Went to my room 683A nice comfy double bed and nice view of the harbour only 3 English channels on the TV CNN did not work Sky News all blurred BBC World News witch was ok.Stayed bed and breakfast...

My friends and I (all over 50) stayed at the hotel Las Palmeras 1-7 may 2017, 3 females sharing one room which was fine, room was comfortable, beds were firm and the pillows were long and thin, only 1 pillow to a bed but we asked for extras and they were delivered promptly, TV only news channels in English, and...

being a traveller not used to hotels might have given it two stars but as normally slept 8 to a room the privacy scored a star or two .food was average to say the best i could do better and seemed to lack atmosphere.slow wifi which you haveto pay five euros a day for !
