Hotel has quite good location. It was easy to find free parking. Nice possibility to buy a dinner during reservation. Breakfast very small. Room which we have was terrible - no working hairdryer, very dirty kitchen -a lot of dust below table, stains of oil on cooker, protruding wires from wall lamp. Generally - staff should clean up very precisely...

The toilet was dirty when we arrived and nothing happened after complaining. The breakfast was a joke. And the receptionist did not understand a word of english. She even got agressive. This hotel is never a 3 star hotel and can't be recommended at all.

The room was very big but the absence of the floor carpet was very important. There were no slippers and the marbles made my feet pain. The bathroom was very small and the water pressure was not strong enough to make it possible for a bath to be done.

Excellent value mini suite obtained for €50/night with free parking outside hotel. Comfortable, quiet, air-conditioned room with comfortable bed great for working and a good night's sleep. Staff professional, amiable and courteous too.

Lovely staff. We stayed here before catching the ferry to Morocco. Surprisingly good restaurant. We were expecting the usual hotel fare but it was really excellent - that was a nice surprise -- i guess all the locals eating in it should have tipped us off that it was good. Comfortable accommodation. Location is a little bit out of the...

Great location, but don't be confused by the Marriott Hotel which is on the back side of this same building. Free parking on the side, paralleling the main street, between these two hotels is a big plus. The bathroom is amazingly small given the huge entry space on one side and the huge wasted space on the other for watching...

Had a junior suite, modern, clean, spacious and functional. The corridors were concrete and ugly, made it feel like prison. Breakfast was dreadful, nothing kept chilled, very little choice and flies on the food. The hotel is a good 15 minutes walk from any restaurants and the reception staff were very surly. Wouldn't stay again.

We took the ferry from Tanger port, Morocco and crossed the Mighty Meditarian and enter Algiciras, Spain. A lifetime experience. I would suggest travelers to do it at least once. Make sure you don't carry too many lugage. It's a one hour trip. I am sure all of you wil enjoy. In Algiciras, we stayed in hotel Mercure for one...

Spent the night in Algeciras after visiting Gibraltar. Had a nice suite with plenty of room. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Parking was under the hotel for an additional cost. Front desk staff were friendly.

The hotel was reasonable and the reception staff were helpful. However, the parking was confusing as two hotels shared the same entrance to the underground car park and the directional signs were very small and ambiguous. Breakfast on the first morning was fine and we headed to a fairly early breakfast on the second morning with confidence. However, the restaurant...
