I'm glad I didn't read the comments before we went on our camping because I would be discouraged. We went there for two nights, because of the covid-19 inside of water park was closed and sauna also, and the weather was bad so neither the outside of water park was opet, but we got to use pools in Grand Hotel Primus and they were pretty nice. The staff is very nice and helps with everything. The wine barrels were amazing. Cozy little house to stay in. You don't need anything else. On the opposite side of the door there is a window that faces a field of corns and it's really beautiful. The toiles are renovated, it all smells new, and clean and is pretty big. There is also a laundry room if you need it. We had breakfast and dinner at the Hotel and it had various of dishes. I don't eat breakfast usually but after I saw dinner I knew I couldn't miss breakfa st. We went for a massage and when you enter that side of the hotel you enter in peaceful, calm and very nice smelling area. Real relaxing zone. We loved it. Will come again!

Booked the wine barrels for glamping and received an email at midnight the night before that they had cancelled our reservation and "upgraded" our accommodations. We were moved to a mobile trailer in a construction zone. Aside from the noise, both beds were full of dead bugs and dust, and the trailer had clearly not been used in a long time. There were live ants all over the trailer and the whole thing was disgusting and unsanitary. To top it all off, the water park was closed and only the swimming pool was open. Very disappointed in the experience.

We reserved a wine barrel for 2 days several weeks in advance before coming to this camping. We stayed for several days in Bled in a similar concept (which falls under the same company) and which was excellent. So our expectations for this were high but nothing could have prepared us for this. Upon arrival we were given a wine barrel at the reception, but when we arrived we saw there were no curtains in front of the windows. We went back to the reception and asked if we could get another barrel since all of them were vacant. But instead a woman went with us to another one and she wanted us to take the curtains from another barrel (or so we think because she spoke and understood not a single word of english). She had however no clue how to remove the curtains so we went back to the reception. Finally we got another barrel and went to check out this one. This barrel had holes all over, probably because the wood wasn't treated the right way over the last couple of years. The holes were filled up with paper... We then went to check out the bathrooms which were just disgusting. The entire building was very dated and it had the smell of urine all over... We went back to the reception to cancel our stay but since already paid for the first night we could only shorten it to one night. We decided just to make the best out of it. Use of the termes 100 meter further was included so we went there to cool off. Since it was cloudy we could only enter the internal pools and not the park outside. This was very dated as well and very slippery (we saw a elderly person fall flat on his head and no help came). It was also filled with small kids who were taking swimming lessons so it wasn't relaxing in a single way. If you really want to stay in Ptuj, I'd recommend to book a B&B in the center and actually enjoy your stay. To think that this one is more expensive than the one in Bled is just weird. Bled was luxurious with clean modern personal bathrooms... and that's what I call glamping!

So me and my girlfriend went here for glamping in barrels. It was reserved 45 days in advance. We came here bit earlier than supposed (11:00) and they said that we can go in terme and come back at around 14:00 when we are able to check in. At 16:00 we came back to find out that our reservation is missing and they cant do a thing about it cause all barrels are full. After some convincing we get room at nearby hotel for same price. All in all we got better deal but they really should pay attention while taking reservations.

We had a great time on our 3 day trip to Ptuj. We decided to try a new hit in Slovenian turizem Glamping. We were sleeping in a barell , and eating in restaurant Zila, in terme Ptuj. If you like camping, and you are not getting any younger, or you are on a road trip this is a great way to make camping a bit more interesting.
