big rooms, not very clean. Excellent buffet breakfast and dinner. Good location, and pool area. Many things can be done without leaving the territory (bobsled, horse riding, pools, saunas, boats, outside swimming pool, entertainments for kids, disco, etc,etc.) it is accommodation for people who like huge, Turkish style hotels. It is very crowded, noisy, many drunk guests screaming all night. Hotel is quite expensive, so it is strange to pay for parking place additionally....

Hotel need total renovention. When we came it was no parking space full of the cars. Reception look nice but when we came to the room i was shocked room looks like from 90’s the furniture was torn all looks very old we change 1 room and it was look same. the only t good thing was very the nice lady at the reception who returned us without any problems money and we change hotel for my opinion hotel have 4 stars in 1991 now i will give maximum 3 stars…

Hotel is big and have good facilities for kids, however everything is overpriced - starting from hotel rates, drinks at the bar to spa prices and etc. Rooms are dirty, service is poor, stuff is not friendly

We wanted to make a holiday in your hotel with our 9 and 12 years old children, as we have visited and enjoyed the hotel in previous years ( we made two times before ). Everything we experienced from the moment we entered the hotel was a complete disappointment...Although we checked in after 15:00, the room was not ready and still cleaning. when we entered the room the whole room was in dust as if it had never been cleaned.The equipment in the bathroom was old and dirty, The number of towels were insufficient and we had to call the reception many times to get the necessary towels. The door was broken and not closing properly. the situation was much worse when we went to the pool. They were cleaning floors by chemicals while people were around, especially young children were swimming. When we were next to water slide pools we felt the smell from toilets, probably there was a leakage from there. Just after, workers arrived and started to break the wall. Probably to find the source of the leakage. Of course when they started breaking we had to move because of dust. By the way a scaffold was installed next to the water slides without any security measures for repairing walls.On the second day of the holiday, our son had a stimulating reaction on his hands (we showed to the doctor, where we learned that there was a high probability of fiber in the water slides) when we went to the reception to ask for help and medication, the staff only said that they had paracetamol and that they cannot help. They said they did not have first aid kits. In this case, when we said we don’t want to stay the last night, the receptionist used a rude statement as``you can go whenever you want, we cannot give money or something``. When we did not accept this rude explanation and stated that we wanted to see with the manager, they made our transaction within a few minutes and returned our money. a facility that has definitely decreased quality and I can express that it will not be worth considering the price …

There are a lot of attractions for kids in this hotel. Indoor slides and warm pools, a variety of Jacuzzi (big ones not ones that fits only 2-4 people), wave pool, slides out side the hotel, horse riding, disco, Bowling, kids club. We took a 1.5 hour boat of the hotel to the biggest lake in the area. Great breakfast. rooms are clean. Cons - Dinner wasn't that tasty, kids didn't find much things to eat. The glasses are too small, so you need to get up and refill your cup about 5 times during your meal - they might consider place water Jars in the table. The water temperature while taking a shower changes without touching the faucet

A very lovely water hotel for family stay. More then enough water entertainment and for kids (disco, kids room). The only problem is a nearby small city. I think it is fun only in summer time, in the cold period most of the restaurants are closed. there is an option to order Lunch and Dinner in a hotel so the problem can be sorted.

The place is not cheap. But it's worth it. Gorgeous and spacious rooms. A good water park, where you can start the day perfectly. Great location, away from the bustle of the city. Great place to go for a rest for 3-4 days.

When i made reservation in this hotel i had high expectations, but it turns all around. From the reception stuff which is rude and mean , they far from being polite I was in shock that in a respectable hotel such as this , stuff will be friendly 😞 The hotel is over priced to what he is offering , especially in last September which is a little cold , nothing is working beside the water park They charge high price as they market themselves as a hotel with alot of activities , but when you get there all is close nothing works I don’t recommend families with children to go there it was a disappointment If someone from the management will read this , maybe he will try to improve his stuff attitude

I have heard many good things about this hotel so my expectations were high. Paid almost £300 for 3 nights expecting high standards. Air conditioning was poor, hardly working. Restaurant waiters unfriendly, rude and being in the restaurant did not feel like it was hotel £100 per night, rather a canteen in the hospital. I do not recommend that hotel, I would rather stay in a small hotel in the neighbourhood for 1/3 price.
