After reading on line reviews for this hotel I reluctantly booked a one night stay as I was attending a family party on in venue, was really expecting the worst so delighted to be able to rave about a fantastic stay. Hotel was spotless, room was very comfortable & all staff a credit. It is an old building with an... More

Stayed here along with friends recently. Hotel very dated and old, although with some good character. Not wheelchair friendly as there are a lot of stairs to rooms and within the breakfast area and bar. Small twin room that could do with a makeover and a freshening up (all I can say is the green bathroom..... ). Food was okay,... More

Just back from spending the weekend here for a hen party. We had a fantastic time, the staff (Karen, Shauna & Declan) were very accommodating to our big group and nothing was too much for them. Our dinner in the restaurant was fabulous and the whole hen party package offered was very reasonable. We would highly recommend this hotel for... More

Stayed here for one night with 6 friends for a Christmas night away. Hotel was warm and welcoming. The staff could not have been nicer. Hotel is a little old fashioned but that adds to the charm. Rooms are basic, warm and clean with spotless white cotton bedding. Bar food was excellent as was buffet breakfast in the morning.

My Husband and I, stayed in the Greville Arms Hotel, Mullingar, on New Year's Eve 2015. We attended the New Year's Eve Ball. It was an unforgettable evening. The food was outstanding, and the service second to none. The Band (Conquerors), were amazing, and also l have to mention, that the Christmas decorations, were unique. Our bedroom was very spacious... More

Spent a night here recently, just walked in of the street as I was in the area on business. 55 euro for a single room including breakfast. I was informed straight away there was a wedding and the hotel may be noisy which it was but haven't been told I didn't mind in the slightest. Decided to have dinner in... More

Nice location, Ulysses Bar is nice, staff are helpful but there is a feeling of 70's hotel about the place, entrance from car park has a distinctive old carpet smell. My colleague was booked into a room who still has previous guest in it, was changed to another room that had leaking towel heater. It's like a maze inside, has... More

Called in here for a light lunch here twice last week while working in the area. I dined in the Bistro, as it is more sedate and less busy than the carvery. Since I don’t really have a big appetite the young waitress was really very helpful and I had a glass of wine and one of their “lite bites”... More
