Charged us for smoking, we didn't smoke indoors at all! We have 2 toddlers, we absolutely would never smoked in a room with them!! I'm very disappointed and offended about this as I have spent literally thousands of dollars with this hotel. Been added to a do not rent list, and charged a total of $500 without ever having smoked anything in the rooms! I'll be taking this as far up the chain of command as I need to in order to rectify this situation. Can't afford an extra $500. Will NEVER stay with staybridge again, no matter what city.

Upon arrival which was late, the desk clerk made a weary traveler feel welcome. They detailed amenities etc. there was a laundry room, and it was free to use! What a welcome sight for someone who was on day seven of a 12 day trip. Breakfast was great. Housekeeping was always on point. My room was clean and comfortable. The property is within walking distance of mens baseball and indoor track.

Our first time at a Staybridge Suites. Really impressed all the way around. We were only here for 1 night, but we booked a room with two bedrooms, four double beds, a living area, two bathrooms, and a kitchenette for about the same price you'd pay for a typical small hotel room. This was perfect for our family of six. I wish more hotels offered this kind of room. The bathrooms and shower were very nice. The beds and the couch were a little stiff, but not bad at all. The free breakfast was especially good and there's a large, comfortable dining area. Overall just really impressed with this stay. With 4 kids we have a hard time finding hotel rooms big enough for all of us sometimes, and Staybridge Suites is going to go on our list as a great option for the future. FYI for anyone with a large family, we always go for Embassy Suites, Hyatt Place, and now Staybridge Suites. These three hotels are just consistently the best options and best value for large families. …

Our room smelled like urine and the staff only offered to spray it down with Lysol. They would not switch us rooms. The carpet was soaking wet through the next morning, possibly from the Lysol, possibly a leak. We were told we could not get a refund and that it was a minimum 2 night stay. We had to book another hotel on our own dime for the second night as the odor was too strong and my pregnant wife was worried about her health. The staff would not switch us rooms nor would they cancel the charge for the second night. We were assured the manager would call us Monday but never did. Repeated attempts to contact the hotel were made before finally speaking with someone and we were told that the credit card company had to issue the refund. The hotel offered some IHG points to make it up to us but when the credit card company issued the refund (for the unused night), the hotel went back on their word and took back the points. This is not about the points at all- but it felt extremely unprofessional that they would say one thing and then go back on their word. I have stayed at this hotel many times and never had an issue, but this experience was simply unacceptable.…

This was my second week-long stay at this hotel in the last year. For being a bit of a hotel snob and clean freak, I was beyond satisfied with the accommodations. No funny smells upon entering the room. (Unfortunately, that seems to be a common occurrence with hotel stays.) The sheets, towels, bathroom, kitchen, and dishes were all clean and more than adequate for an extended stay. Hydisia manages the front desk flawlessly. She and the entire staff will greet you each time you enter or exit the lobby in a very genuine way. They are kind and willing to answer any questions or help with anything you may need, even if it's just toilet paper and dish soap. (Yes, I'm speaking from experience.) We were told the hotel was booked the first night of our stay, yet the hallways were quiet. People were seen in and around the property, but it never felt crowded. Elevator wait times are very reasonable, but usually nonexistent. Honestly, we felt like we were staying in our own little apartment with privacy. We felt safe, respected, and accommodated. We were a group of 6 traveling together, with two small children. They were able to get us rooms side by side! We enjoyed the courtyard area several nights, and they also have a grill station with 3 gas grills. We really enjoyed grilling out one evening. The pool was fun too! Everyone on staff was very friendly, and always knowledgeable when asked questions.

The hotel is comfortable and very clean. The employees are very attentive and friendly. The included breakfast is very good and with a concern with Covid protocols. It is close to many restaurants and bars as it is close to the university. Excellent price/benefits.

The location is this place’s only saving grace. I would’ve gotten better rest sleeping in my car! On night 2 of our stay something strange started beeping in our room and the kid at the front desk couldn’t figure it out. We had to pack up all of our stuff and move to a room with double beds instead of the KING we paid for. The room we were moved to had ants all in the night stand. I even killed one CRAWLING ON MY BED!!!!! The second night in the ant infested room got even more pleasant as the people in the room above us either brought their own personal bowling alley or pet elephants that they marched on parade. I called the front desk TWICE and around 1am marched up there ready to confront them myself. Thank goodness the Holy Spirit said don’t go to jail tonight beloved….it’s now 7am and I’m up listening to them stomp and scream while smashing ants around my water glass. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!…

We have a large family so it is nice to find a hotel that has room options for us. The breakfast was good (but some items ran out before we got there). The evening dinner option is a great bonus as well. Facilities were all clean and well maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful. The fitness room was clean and well maintained. It’s a bit out of the way from the main areas of Fayetteville but convenient to campus.

I stay at this hotel a couple of times a month. The staff is always friendly and helpful. During my last stay, I accidentally left my I-phone charger in the room. I called the next day to see if it had been turned into lost and found. It had not but the staff checked my room and called me back when they found my charger. Upon arriving for my next visit, Hydisia remembered my name and had my charger ready for me at the front desk. It is the small things that make a big difference. Thank you, Gary M
