Upon checking my credit card I seen I was charged an additional $85 for a missing Duet. First question what is a duet? If something is missing it was not taken by my daughter or I. I believe this was solely charged because when I was asked to rate this hotel I didn’t rate it well at all from the Choice Hotels App We have stayed in 6 hotels over the last couple of weeks and yours was by far the worst and not just because of this mysterious charge. 1st - there was poop in the toilet and it overflowed as soon as we checked in. I had to pee so bad I went to flush so I could pee and it would not go down. When I called the front desk brought ME a plunger. Ummmm it wasn’t ours to even have to plunge but I plunged it and it didn’t unclog so I called him back and he came and plunged it got it working. 2nd - the pool water was FREEZING! Like outdoor pool water in winter 3rd - the hot tub was cold/warm- colder than bath or shower water. If I had to guess I would say 90 degrees for sure not the 104 a hot tub should be 4th - breakfast??? Ummm what breakfast there wasn’t even coffee. When I got there at 8:05 the mad at the front was on his phone talking in his language and didn’t have coffee made. Told me I could make it in my room. Ummmm the coffee pot was in the bathroom! No thanks! 5th - EVERYTIME I walked to the car or to the front the morning of check out the non American front desk clerk was on his cell phone talking in his language. Not taking care of or doing anything. Not good customer service.…
We have stayed at Comfort Inn on many occasions and the stays have been mostly pleasant. However, with this stay there was no “sleeping”! We were placed on the 3rd floor which I’m thinking this will be a quiet room. It was a room with a flimsy door to an adjacent room. The tv was very loud in this room. I called the front desk and it was turned down, but not enough that I could sleep. When I checked out the next morning the occupants were gone and the tv was still on. This hotel also had an unpleasant smell that is still clinging to clothes and suitcase. Will not be staying here again!!!
I recently visited the Comfort Inn for business. The room was very clean, the bathroom was very clean, the TV was loud and clear, and the noise cancelled out helping for a relaxing night. Short lived, but when I come back, I’ll choose this place!
This hotel is very good -- clean, comfortable, convenient and well-managed. We have stayed here several times over a few years and are always pleased. The rooms have plenty of electric outlets, enough lights, a large comfortable vanity in the bathroom, comfortable beds, both a desk and chair and a comfortable sitting chair. The breakfast includes many good choices -- waffles, eggs, sausage/bacon, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, hot and cold cereal, fruit juices, sweet rolls, etc. The staff is friendly and professional. There is plenty of well-lit parking and many nearby stores and restaurants, gas stations, etc. It is just off I49 and Wedington Dr., so very convenient to get to other places in the area. The indoor pool is lovely and the fitness center well equipped.
This is a great place to staff in Fayetteville. The staff is friendly and helpful. Easy to get to and a updated look. The breakfast is great, and the area was clean. The pool looked inviting, but I did not get the chance to use it. Next time!
