Fabulous venue overall. Amazing four room bridal suite with lots of space for hair/makeup/photography etc. which ensured a relaxing experience the morning of the wedding. We stayed in the library suite and it is beautiful with a huge en suite bathroom and amazing four poster bed. Food was delicious from start to finish and staff couldn't do enough to help...

Stayed in the main house while attending a wedding. The only disappointment was with the bathroom, where we could hear every word from guests in a neighbouring room - this really diminished our sense of privacy in our own room. Apart from that, Tankardstown was a wonderful venue for a winter wedding and the various reception rooms in the main...

We stayed here as a couple for 1 night recently and found the whole experience first class. From the winding drive through the woods to the walk up to the impressive main building everything felt grand. The smell of the wood burning fire was the perfect welcome on a chilly Autumn evening and the receptionists were all welcoming and pleasant....
