Hotel is falling apart, rooms smell, staff look unhappy but food is good. Would spend my money somewhere else but the view from hotel bar is nice. Found the bed very uncomfortable and felt inchy when I woke up. No hot water for shower

Stayed for two nights here last weekend. First time I stayed in a hotel that I didn't want to leave and I have travelled the world....stayed in 5 stars and dumps! Weather outside was miserable, wet, cold and windy. But what a surprise when I walked into the foyer to be greeted by two big log fires and a most... More

We are saddened your stay in Ostan na Rosann was such a disappointment. However, we acknowledge that the heating in the hotel was a problem during your stay. As you know, we have only been open for four months. Unfortunately we could not have tested the effectiveness of the heating system until now. We are doing everything possible to rectify... More

Booked 2 nights as a birthday treat for my husband on 2nd to 3rd of Nov. Sadly had to leave after one night as place was so cold. Despite reporting heating in bedroom not working properly on several occasions, staff were unable to sort and it was simply to cold to stay. Hotel appears shabby and dated. Appears to need... More

We stayed this Halloween weekend with 2 kids and had a wonderful relaxing 2 night break. We were very kindly given adjoining rooms rather than all cooped up together in one room as has been our experience in other hotels. The beds were the comfiest we've enjoyed in a long time, and the rooms were a little dated but spotllessly... More

We stayed one night on the 12th October 2012. The room was nice but incredibly cold. My main complaint was that we paid for breakfast which was SUPPOSED to be served between 8am and 10am. We went down to the dining room at 8.30 and there was NO ONE around. In fact, the front door was actually LOCKED and we... More

20n odd years had passed at least since I previously stayed at this hotel and suffice to say it was as expected showing some signs of ageing .It appears as f it is been run on a shoestring with corridoor lighting and I suspect heating been turned off to conserve energy and reduce costs. The dowdy colours of the crridoor suggest...
