My father and I were at the Whispering Pines in the beginning of July for a fishing trip. Monica greeted us with much enthusiasm and we were welcomed with the same before 8AM, at the same time she offered us a full Irish breakfast with everything we could wish for, with no questions asked and nothing charged, just because we...

Hi Antonie, Thank you so much for your kind words. It means a lot to us.We remember you and your father very well, and we were only sorry you were here for such a short time,as it would have been a pleasure to get to know you better. We are always disappointed if the weather is not the best for fishing, especially when...

Stayed at Whispering Pines Crosshaven, had a lovely time. Barry, Norma & Monica really looked after us, they are very nice people. If I was in Crosshaven again I would definitely stay there again. Kevin Burt

The staff were very friendly and our room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and with under a minute's walk to the village with plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed...

First impressions were good, pleasant atmosphere with a really genuine friendly Irish welcome and very helpful staff. The rooms were spacious, clean and well furnished. The food was varied with the option of fresh caught fish every day, wholesome and well presented....

I would not recommend staying here unless you are an angler or have no other options available which we had not.We were in Crosshaven on a business project which had to take place on a particular date and other accommodations were full. The person who checked us in was not very welcoming, the room was seventies style and there were...

I stayed in this B&B recently and I can honestly say it was the worst place I have encountered in a long, long time The man who checked me in acted as if he had never dealt with guests before. He handed me a key attached to what had been a leather covered keyring with my room number. The leather...

The hotel has three of its own boats, all Aqua Star 42ft island wheelhouse vessels. The hotel is not luxurious but is clean comfortable has a good bar and restaurant and is well used to...
