A delightfully well run and homely hotel, set in a quiet, peaceful landscape. I had booked a cabin, but due to unexpected circumstances was not available. The owner was very lovely and we stayed in the main building for 2 nights which was extremely nice. The room was excellent, well maintained and clean. Buffet breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice. Staff were all very friendly and efficient. Easy drive in and out of town for dinners.

Nice room, no view, good equipment, location in a quiet area outside of the not interesting town, but convenient to travel around. The restaurant was closed, even for guests and there is nothing acceptable nearby. Much too expensive.

We stayed the night in the main hotel. Clean and comfortable. Got a good night's sleep before indulging in the great breakfast buffet! Quiet. Be sure to go out at night and look at the sky. Even if the Northern Lights aren't performing, you can get some incredible pictures of the moon and night sky. Thanks for a lovely evening.

We spent one night in a cabin and it was lovely!! The beds were comfortable and the bathroom large enough. The owner took us on a tour of the facilities when we arrived and was so helpful!! Being completely surrounded by nature in a secluded area was wonderful. We would definitely go back if in the area again.

Hotel was a bit understaffed. When we arrived, we waited 15 minutes for someone to attend to our booking. Once we were finally met, the host was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a tour of the facilities and showed us to our room. Rooms were a bit small, but clean. Our room had a small deck with a nice view of the surrounding hills. They served a nice breakfast in the morning, Parking was limited on the grounds.

The proprietor lady is very charming and was helpfull in explaining and reserving a dinner table at the lake side hotel. Rooms are simple (2 *) but spacious enough, however bathroom is rather small with shower curtain between your legs, no guest amenities. Matresses are comfortable, as well as pillows. Blackout works well. Breakfast was also simple but OK. However cleanliness should urgently be improved: Nesquik box, Sun Up glass as well as Hazelnut Paste Glas were all (at 7 AM !) still completly dirty and glass rims sticky and full of yesterdays stuff. Brrr... The two staff ladies prefered to either chat at the Front Desk (instead of greeting the guests and to care for breakfast guests) or they slouched on the Sofas in the hall way Waschung their handies. Room floor was also not cleaned and still full of (bread?) crumbs.

Situated in a nice wooded location, had good sized room in the annex which had a view over the forest, they served a good breakfast, but they do not serve evening meals unless you in a coach party! The hosts themselves were extremely nice and helpful

We got in late and they stayed up to make sure we were able to get to our cabin. It was set away so we weren't facing anyone else and had a bunch of flowers surrounding us. It is a smaller space but it has a mini kitchenette where you could make coffee in the morning. The bathroom is also not the largest but it was not uncomfortable. It was very clean and cute! Also during breakfast, the gentleman that is one of the head staff, fed his baby ducks outside the windows of the breakfast area which was very cute. We would defiantly book again.

This is a lovely, off the beaten path little inn. We were booked here by our travel company, and we were VERY happy with the accomodations. Our room was in the main lodge, but felt very private. It looked out onto a grassy area. It was more spacious than the average European room, and was very comfortable. It was disappointing that they did not serve dinner when we were there, but the breakfast that was included was terrific. Lots of choices! We really enjoyed it. We did spend a bit of time in one of the hot tubs, meeting some lovely travelers from Germany. Everyone was very good about trying to maintain some social distance. The staff were very nice. My only reget is that we only had one night here.
