We spent 3 nights there and the total experience is good value for money. This hotel is one of the best solutions for someone to stay there in order to visit the spectacular Meteora which is unique throughout the world in my opinion. Unfortunately there are not many good hotels in the area if you want to visit this marvellous... More

My family of 6 persons spent 4 days in Amalia hotel in late December 2015. Quite a value for money stay considering the period we visited it. Advantages; extremely spacious lobby and rooms (great for families with young children) wonderful garden /wood ideal for walks perfect location close to meteora rocks and to trikala city Hot water at all times... I stayed here as part of a tour package -- we stayed at two other Amalia properties (Nafplio and Delphi), and of the three, this was the best kept-up. The hotel is quite spread out and our rooms were quite a ways from the reception area and pool (not a big deal). Some rooms had balconies, and this was a... More

This hotel is quite large - catering to tour groups. Our room was a long walk from the main lobby, but once there we found it large and very clean but dimly lit. There were two large dining rooms serving buffet style. At dinner, the food was ok but the breakfast was very good.

Stayed here for one night while we were on a Aviator Tour. The hotel was big and also very nice and fancy. Super quiet. The bed was pretty comfortable and the bathroom was UNREAL. So nice and spacious. It was the biggest bathroom we had in our entire vacation in Europe! Its unfortunate we couldn't stay longer! Food was also... More

We totally fell in love with this villa feeling hotel, traveling with Globus Tours, so it did cater to tour groups. The meals with Greek authenticity, huge variety & freshness were unbelievably good. Having just been to Meterora the awesomeness just continued here. I took so many photos of the structure & gardens. The pool area was gorgeous as well.... More

This is one of the quietest hotels I've stayed in. The sleep was excellent and I absolutely loved the large, marble bathroom with very deep tub. The bathroom was the highlight of the room. My view overlooked a courtyard, but the room somehow felt very boring and sterile, like a monastery, than relaxing. Dinner and breakfast in the hotels were... More

Not the nicest, but a functional place that met my needs. Part of a Gate 1 tour. I preferred the Amalia at Delphi, but this place was good. The lobby is nice, the breakfast good. The rooms OK but nothing special.

Stopped here with a tour group--one of the many hotels that cater to busloads of tourists, Large, comfortable rooms spread out over large grounds. There's a pool, a nice bar, and buffet in the basement. Our tour offered dinner and breakfast as part of our time there. Both were well-stocked with really good local fare. There was an outdoor pool,... More
