Loved this town, hotel at the end of the main shopping/eating area. Views of the meteroras/monasteries from rooms. Smsall balconies off rooms. Loved the hotel decor. Facilities excellent-bar, swimming pool. Didn't waste 10E going to spa/sauna area in basement when we'd already paid to stay in hotel-should be available for paying hotel guests.

With great views of the Meteora sandstone heights, hosting Orthodox monasteries at the tops. wifi in the room, but for a charge; tv, minibar, balconies. Pool, spa, gym, sauna, hot tub. But get up those peaks to the monasteries. Nice, clean.

To be honest, we arrived after the area and especially the isolated hotel suffered from a serious rain storm, that disconnected all their telephone and internet communication. So the service was obviously impacted, and they agreed to reduce the price a little. But that didn't explain the strange internal design. In order to reach the room at the lowest floor,...

If you are planning on visiting the monasteries of Meteora, this should be the place you stay. Don't be put off by it's "up a dirt road" location. The hotel is fabulous. Very modern, very spacious rooms (ours was suite-size) with very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Our room had a good size balcony overlooking the mountains. The hotel has...

We only stayed for one night but the setting was beautiful with amazing views of Meteora from the pool area. The room was fairly modern and basic and a small balcony overlooked a garden, it was certainly more than adequate for a nights stay. The only downside was that it was a short drive from the village but it was...

Great hotel, owner is from Poland (we're Polish, so good to know). Service and food was great, only issue was we got lost at night (GPS and Google Maps leads you to the wrong location!) - but I still gave them 5 stars as when we called, they sent someone out to find us at the tavern we had stopped...

Stayed here recently with extended family. View was spectacular. Pool was good. Everything else was terrible. Staff unhelpful, food in restaurant was poor. Chips came out uncooked on multiple occasions. Lobby always had people as it was the only place Wifi worked despite them being in the service shafts on every floor. Can get pool towels from the restaurant but...

The Hotel Meteora offers rooms with stunning views of the area. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the beds comfortable. What stood out for me though is the helpfulness of the staff. They were my go-to contacts to get advice on where and how to travel, safety, routes and even public transport bookings. They went out of their way to...

We stayed there 2 nights. The room had a great view on the mountains. The room and the hotel was very clean and comftable. Quiet and great beds. Highly recommend for nice and carefree holidays! Big disapointment was the restaurant. At first sight for a breakfast you would think that there were many choices but in fact eveything was low...
