We’ve just got home to the UK after three wonderful weeks in the Peloponnese - September/October 2020. During our last few days we wanted to ride on the rack and pinion railway which goes between between Kalavryta and Diakopto on the coast so we booked this hotel for one night - and we were so pleased that we did. The hotel had lovely views from the terrace. Rooms were excellent, having tea and coffee making facilities, big comfortable beds and spacious showers - and there was plenty of hot water! Everything was spotlessly clean and a responsive thermostat in each room meant we could easily and effectively control the temperature. It was a little chilly in the evening and early the next morning too but we were snug. Nicole looked after us SO well. She was kind and friendly, welcoming us on our arrival with a local liqueur and fresh walnuts, and she made sure that we had everything we wanted during our stay. Breakfast was prepared by her and was good and plentiful with lots of hot coffee. We were able to leave our car in the hotel’s car park while we were out completing our walk and train ride which was very helpful of course. The railway trip (which we combined with a walk down the track to a station half way down) was brilliant - amazing, dramatic scenery as you travel down the gorge. Tickets from the little station just a few minutes walk away from the hotel! A really good experience.

We stayed for the weekend Jan 31 to Feb 2. We felt very welcome. The rooms were nice, warm and clean. The owner and personnel made us feel welcome and would go out of their way to please us. Very happy with our stay.

Wonderful hotel at the town of Kalavryta! Taverns, restaurants, coffee shops AND the railway station within walking distance. The room was warm all day, and there was also plenty of hot water for taking a shower. Wonderful little basket with amenities in the bathroom, flat screen tv and carpets in the room. Loved the fresh bread on the breakfast and the delicious homemade jams (in 4 flavors!). And most importantly, we enjoyed the hospitality and the politeness (always with a smile) of the staff and the owner. Keep up the amazing work Evaggelia and Ms. Zafeiropoulou, looking forward to visiting you again!

If your not skilled in greek letters its not so easy to find the place, no English signs. The room were large and nice with cooking facilities but no pan to book in !!! Nice bathroom with all accessories you need. We were given a map over the area but again in greek. Breakfast was included but not very exciting
