Stayed at the Opal for one week. The rooms are clean, very large, and quite comfortable. Breakfast is offered and the spread is huge. There's coffee and tea of course. Everything else is fresh and cooked. There's a variety of fruits and vegetables; brioches and an assortment of lunch meat and cheeses. Boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, and a variety of...

Visited late January, the receptionist was very helpful. Had nice views from the rooms windows, and really nice room overall. The room's toilet and shower was clogged which resulted in a constant small "pond" forming every time you flash, or have a shower. Also as mentioned I felt like having the hotel all for myself (which for others might be...

....and they at least try to make it good! But this hotel is not only horrible, small tired looking rooms, a bathroom that won't pass any inspection, a "very continental" breakfast (and I leave it to you to imagine this), but the service is very poor with rude incompetent staff with little language skills and they charge as well!!! so...

We stayed in this hotel during a group bus tour with 50 other people. Our group stayed in 24 rooms, 10 of which were charged with theft 5 DAYS LATER after we had checked out! The hotel itself was good, the breakfast was good, the view from our room was amazing, but... the memories of this hotel are absolutely disgusting....

This is a 20 story building with the hotel reception on the first floor and the rooms start on maybe the 12th. I had a room on the 15 with a very nice view. Check in was speedy and the staff was gracious and happy to help including making dinner reservations. I would be willing to stay again. Pros -...

The hotel is the most high building in the city. There is no safe in the room and there is no option to make a tee/coffee. Very soft mattresses The price is fair. The breakfast is basic continental breakfast. The view from my window in the morning is beautiful. I believe it's better to find small family hotel in this...

Large room, low cost, beautiful view of the whole town and valley, totally satisfying breakfast. Clean and comfortable. Wonderful large bathtub with plenty of HOT water. The desk clerk explained how to use the room key as if I had never been in a hotel before. He was kind to our friend who lived in town and let her park...

Stay - April 2013 Visited for 1 night on business - The chap who booked us in was very helpful in guiding us to a place to eat, rooms were clean and bed were comfy. The overall hotel could do with modernising, but it is all clean and airy. The breakfast was easily adequate, and all for 49 euros.
