A great family run hotel. Clean, friendly, modern and centrally located. They went out of their way to help me with a train reservation problem. It took an hour of their time and they insisted. They know how to treat a guest. They have been running their hotel for 6 generations.

Awesome city to visit, super friendly people. Hotel is kind of hard to find, but once you find it, its worth it. Breakfast was great & its close to WWII sites. Rooms are clean & typical German rooms, we were glad we chose this hotel. Had a GREAT time.

This hotel is located next to a busy train line. Trains run about every 15 min during the day and about every 30 min ALL night! Our room faced the train track and we had to keep a window open since it was summer and there is no room A/C. Hence the title of this review. The room was also... More

This is a beautiful, family run hotel. It is a small hotel and has been in the family for 5 generations. It is beautifully restored with marble and/or granite and very clean in a quiet neighborhood. It is also within an easy walk to the old town of Dachau which is a very nice town. The owners were very nice... More

Lovely little hotel in Dachau which would have been a wonderful place to stay if it had air conditioning! Unfortunately, we were there during a heat wave and, even with the windows wide open, it was unbearable to sleep. There is also a tram or train of some sort that goes by behind the inn on a regular basis. There... More

Not made to feel particularly welcome. Local neighbour wasn't happy for some reason. Reviews written were a little misleading. Walk to station is 20 mins from hotel and be wary. I was bein set up for a mugging (2guys, one to distract) but hubby stepped in.

This is a perfect hotel to select when visiting Dachau. It is within easy walking distance from Dachau Stadt Trian station. You can also walk the Path of Remembrance from this hotel to the Dachau Memoria Site - perfect and moving!

We stayed here for one night so that we could tour the nearby Dachau Memorial Site. The hotel was very peaceful and quiet, and appears to be nestled within a residential area. The breakfast room was very charming, and the food and service was fantastic. Overall, the town of Dachau is lovely, and would be a great location for visitors... More

We were heading to the Dachau Concentration Camp and did not want to stay in Munich, found this great hotel. It is situated in a residential neighborhood and therefore very quiet and nice. Our room was huge by European standards and comfortable, nothing luxurious but wonderful all the same. It is a close walk to the train station and to... More

Are you looking for a comfortable place to stay in the Munich area? Hotel Burgmeier is just the place for you then. It is a beautiful house and located in a very quiet neighbourhood. It is very quiet, too, and you can sleep well at night. My room was comfortable and clean, furnished in a simple, but cosy way. When... More
