Nice historic hotel in the heart of Eureka Springs. Comfortable beds, but room was a little chilly. Front desk and shuttle personnel were very friendly. Overall, a nice place to stay. In walking distance to all downtown which was very handy!

It is a really neat old hotel. Built over 100 years ago. It is history. It is in neat location downtown and great for walking to nearby shops and places to eat. The rooms were comfortable. I would stay there again.

Yes it's a cool old building. But toilet ran, could not close or lock the bathroom door, while laying in bed all you see is huge spots of drywall/paint flaking off. The "vending" is a basket of stuff they just pull out.

Sadly did not have enough time to enjoy. Need to return and spend more time. Very unique small town, with lots of shops to browse. there are many sites to visit and many outdoor activities. A unique place.

Our 5th stay at the Basin. We like being downtown. You can walk to eat, shop, and close to entertainment. Room is comfortable. Shower is a bit interesting to regulate temp, but we’ve learned to be very careful. Bed, ceiling fan and a/c are great....More

We have visited the Basin Park several times on motorcycles and they do not have special rates for riders. However, they do have covered and gated parking for motorcycles in their lot down the street from the hotel. It's... More

I did not go swimming but to go up to the Crescent is not a hard ship it is a treat. Both are great landmarks. Worth visiting the Crescent even if you do not go swimming.
