Very cool hotel right in the middle of town. Surprisingly affordable. Large spacious rooms. Only complaints are no fart fans, although that's to be expected in a historic hotel, and we could hear our neighbors very well, which was interesting at times.

My daughter and I try to get to Eureka Springs 3 or 4 times a year. The spa is the best I have found in Arkansas. The town is charming and we always feel welcomed by the "locals". There is a large variety of local restaurants from burgers to fine dining. The Balcony Restaurant is exceptional if you choose to...

I would not recommend this hotel. We had a leak from the upstairs bathroom and were offered to move to a room below a bar that was open until midnight. I thought that the hotel and a bad smell and not well maintained.

Great location, everything else is a bit below average. For the money I will certainly look elsewhere next time. I understand it is an older property I just don't feel like there is anything about the hotel that would ever warrant a return visit.

Over night stay my sister and I and I got to bring my dog too. Thank you for being pet friendly! The room was very comfortable and love the architecture of the room and whole building. Love the old photos on the walls and the history!

Staff was wonderful. Food was good. We really enjoyed the historic feel but our room was in need of some maintenance, the windows were dirty, curtain were not hung properly and the wallpaper was peeling in places. The bathroom would benefit from a remodel.

My only complaint is that the extra fee for couples massage wasn't explained to me when I made the reservation. The rooms were very nice and clean. The shuttle service was wonderful and very efficient!

Great location. Close to everything. However hotel is old but you know that yo front. It is the reason to stay. It could be upgraded a little. Overall nice. Elevator is a little hard to use so be prepared to take a lot of stairs.

Was good hotel. Staff just seemed to assume we knew town. For the price should be more like resort service, not just hotel. Should ask questions be more attentive. Answered questions I asked, but seemed uninformed

This hotel is a great piece of history in an excellent location. I had a king suite with a separate sitting area so it was guitar large which was nice. The spa was amazing. Unfortunately there is a lot of floor noise, the people above me got up often and the floor was very noisy so I woke more often...

We're sorry about the noise. I don't think they had invented insulation yet when the hotel was built. As we renovate, we insulate the rooms. Thank you for staying. Please visit us again soon.
