This place was so thoughtful! We enjoyed the little touches, like the candy, cookies, how great it smelled, the Alexa and Smart TV, and of course the jacuzzi. It felt luxurious at a very affordable price. Our breakfasts were great. My friend and I spent two nights in Eureka Springs and our lodging absolutely made the trip.

We needed a quiet retreat and Cliff Cottage was perfect. Our special dietary needs were met and the food was delicious. We enjoyed being so close to the town and were able to park our car and walk anywhere we wanted to go. Our room was the Robert Lewis Stevenson room which overlooks the town. Very peaceful!

My husband and I were looking for a cozy, private place to stay for a rare weekend away, and this place was absolutely perfect! We joked that as introverts, it is a dream come true, as you rarely see anyone after check-in (though Asheli and Justin are only a phone call away if anything is needed!)! We stayed in the Colette suite, and loved how clean and beautiful and private it was. This lover of all things purple was in heaven! Breakfast each morning was delivered to our door on a silver platter, prompt and delicious....such a treat. We thoroughly enjoyed how the cottages are nestled right in the middle of historic downtown. We were able to walk everywhere and really enjoyed strolling to the nearby restaurants. The hosts had excellent recommendations, as well, and left

What you get and what you see on line for this place are two different things. The bedroom was cluttered with plastic plants, stuffed animals and other things that are just not necessary. We had to eat breakfast in this spotted room with spotted carpeting and a bed with wrinkled bedding which wasn't appetizing. NO DINING ROOM! NO LIVING ROOM! Good food but not good enough to return or to recommend.

Thank you for your review Donna. We always appreciate the time it takes to our customers to give us some feedback. We're sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy staying with us. The Colette room is one of the smallest and most economical suites. For a small upgrade fee, you can choose one of our suites with a separate living/ dining room. Through your feedback, we are now offering our guests a common area when they stay in our smaller rooms. Please, remember that our house was restored in a row of historic buildings and a Victorian replica, the oldest built in 1892, more than 120 years ago. Our decor, as shown in the videos on our website, follows the same idea, but we offer some new features in the rooms for the comfort of our guests. Thank you again, we improve from feedback like yours! Regards, The Cliff Cottage team
