We stayed in the Tennyson Suite. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay there. This suite is decorated in victorian decor. It is located above main street. We only got our car out one time when we wanted to travel on the outskirts of Eureka Springs. Otherwise, we were able to stay parked and walk to main street. Our hosts were very kind, attentive and knowledgable about the history of the Inn and Eureka Springs. We enjoyed the breakfast delivered to our suite each morning. We would highly recomment The Cliff Cottage Inn.

The room was nice, the tub was good. The breakfast was amazing. What I didn't like was that our TV wouldn't connect to the WiFi. They didn't have cable so we didn't have TV. Luckily we was able to use the WiFi hotspot on our personal phone. When I called the after hours number all we got back was a text message asking if it was an emergency. After trying to call again I was sent to voicemail with a returning text saying "can't talk right now." Well after paying 200 a night I thought we should have gotten better customer service. I wanted to stay another night but then thought better of it and stayed somewhere else. All in all the experience was just ok. Not worth 200 a night. There are better places to stay in Eureka for the money.

I am sorry that we did not get out of bed at 1am in the morning to reboot your wi-fi for you. As small business owners, my wife and I are the customer service from 8am until 8pm seven days a week. After those hours, we usually only respond to emergencies.

It just wasn't our favorite stay in Eureka Springs. We stayed in the Sarah Bernhardt Suite. The historical cottage was neat to experience. The close proximity to Main Street was an advantage. But it just wasn't our cup of tea.

We recently stayed in the Zelda’s Studio and just loved it. Nice and isolated plus it was very clean. Lot’s of little extras you don’t get in other similar places around Eureka. We enjoyed the hot tub on the back deck as well as early morning coffee there while watching the deer and squirrels. The breakfast was phenomenal and our hosts were very personable and informative. Walking to downtown without having to find a parking space was a big plus!

Awful 70-80’s decor, nasty hot tub out back was not clean and very dusty, with door open to outdoor facility with a light on, we peeked in not sure if someone was in there or not, and it was so nasty and ratty inside which was attached to our room. Recommend they keep that door locked and bolted, not open with a light on. Scary inside there!! Thought we saw a dead snake, but it was actually black tape. We did let the owners know we weren’t happy with the “Zelda” room and it’s accommodations were definitely not Luxury, as well as dirty hot tub, but we forgot to mention the open door in the back where the hot tub was with the nasty room attached. We came here about 24 years ago when Sandra had it, and this property wasn’t part of Cliff Cottage, when we were here before it was

Thank you for you comment, we value all feedback. For those that are reading this please note that we have professional photos and video tours available for all our suites so you know exactly what your room looks like before you book. Most people love the Zelda Studio as it is made from the rocks of Eureka and is our most green energy efficient, adorned with high-end torched barn wood style flooring, a couple thousand dollars worth of antiques, around $500 worth of fine linens, towels and robes. There is nothing from the 70s or 80s in there. The antiques are from the 20s. Please check out the video and photos for yourself. It is our most private Suite, and it is the only one with a hot-tub instead of a Jacuzzi. This seemed to be misunderstood by this guest. Each Suite is different, some people love the classical Victorian look of the Cliff Cottage which houses two Suites, Sarah Bernhardt and Alfred Lord Tennyson. The Zelda Studio is not Victorian and is adorned with some contemporary pieces as well an many hard wood 1920's antiques. We are aware they stayed here 25+ years ago and had they talked to us when booking we would have known they wanted the Victorian Suite. Unfortunately, when you book online these misunderstandings can occur. We highly recommend you call to book or at the very least utilize our photo and video tours. As for the hot-tub, we took photos of it as soon as the guest mentioned any concern and we found that it was in pristine order. There was some pollen on the tub cover as a typical Ozark spring storm just blew through, however the inside of the tub and the water were clean and at the right PH level. The "nasty room" mentioned is a storage room that is currently under renovation. This storage room is off limits to all guests. Typically our guest are respectful enough to not enter doors that are not their own. To prevent guests from having to see a mess in a room they are not supposed to enter, we are adding additional locks to this storage room. Each of our suites are unique. Please do check our photos and videos or give us a call. This guest was upset that they did not book one of the Victorian rooms, and we were already fully booked so could not move them.
