Detailed Reviews
I’ve traveled to Eureka for the last 25 years, and stayed at countless Airbnb, B&B, and Hotels. This was my first stay at Benton Place Inn and I will never stay anyplace else again! Rebecca, the owner is absolutely amazing with her touches, like actually cleaning your room, and leaving decadent pastries while you’re away. She makes your stay Exceptional along with the location, scenery (animals, gardens and a beautiful waterfall pond) and amenities! Thank you, Rebecca, for helping me find my home away from home after all these years of searching!

My little happy place in Eureka Springs. Rebecca is the best host - she leaves amazing pastries & makings for mimosa, but most of all she makes you feel welcome. Parking is amazing and the location is walking distance to most everywhere you want to go.
Love Memories & Benton Suite the most - that being said, Cliffside comes with a little outdoor gazebo that is pretty special!

We arrived a bit late due to some doggy drama but our key was waiting with perfect instructions on the fireplace and Jacuzzi, which are amazing to have. The room was adorable. The kitchenette had everything you need to have light fare, coffee, tea. Rebecca leaves scrumptious homemade bread each day that we couldn't get enough of. We had a cat visitor each day, Willy. We thought he was the property cat because he made himself so at home and was such a sweetie. He's not a resident at BPI tho, so don't let him fool you. All in all an amazing place. We will be back in summer and will be staying here again! Just a great time all around in ES.

We have stayed at Benton Place Inn many times. The accommodations are lovely, comfortable & Rebecca is the most amazing host! It's just a very short walk to some great restaurants & you don't have to worry about parking because you can leave your car there. Rebecca, thank you for another excellent stay! We enjoyed it as always!

Before finding Benton Place we had stayed in at least a dozen different places in Eureka. We enjoyed private homes rentals, bed and breakfast places, as well as several of the famous hotels. Since finding Benton Place, it has been our go-to place to stay. Rebecca is so nice and the location can't be beat. We park our car and walk about a block to the downtown shops and restaurants. This past weekend was our third stay and both of the rooms we have stayed in were spotless with great amenities.

My husband & I spent 3 nights in the Benton Suite. We were there as the final stop of an 8,000 mile road trip that we’d planned to celebrate our 36th anniversary. It was the perfect, relaxing ending to a great trip! Rebecca was a great hostess, making sure we were greeted with mimosas and wonderful pastries each day. All of the accommodations were wonderful-from the Jacuzzi tub to the comfortable king size bed. We highly recommend Rebecca and the Benton Place Inn!

+1
I absolutely loved my Cliffside Room at the Benton Place Inn. It was spotless, charming and quiet. Having the gazebo to enjoy the surroundings was a wonderful bonus. Rebecca was very sweet and thoughtful. I would and will return. It is also in a great location in relation to downtown with convenient off street parking.

This establishment used to be nice, however the previous owner retired and it was purchased by a person living in Florida. I asked multiple times to have someone fix the light above the stairwell to the Cliffside suite. It never was, as you can see in the pictures, it's very dark and dangerous attempting to get to the suite at night. Additionally there are no cleaning services during your stay, something the previous owner always did.

The memories apartment was super sweet with beautiful furnishings and the best artwork all over the place. Comfy bed, private deck outside w garden & mossy rocks, a cool water flow and koi pond on site. Perfect size and location. Yummy!!!
It’s a big deal to have a place to leave the car (my sister is local and let me know there was nowhere else that had this convenience). We had no need to drive for local food and shopping ,just for going to Berryville and further places. María was responsive to questions and offered perfect dining recommendations (thank you).
My only challenge was that I’m sensitive to environment toxins like artificial scents vs essential oils or nada aromas… most folks like linen sprays and sheets/towels that are heavily scented with detergents and such. I could not sleep w the strong smells until I covered the sheet with my clothes- it was so strong. Even the TP was scented! My body rashed out from the chemical exposure. Dang.
My lesson: ask I’m advance so a host can accommodate me! We will be back and ask for their help!

We stayed in the new pet friendly room and although small it's layout is very functional! Tastefully decorated, the bed was so comfortable and Lacey took excellent care 👌 of us! The location couldn't be better for quick access to town! We'll be back!

When you walk into your room you'll notice some type of fresh pastry, wrapped and waiting for breakfast. Additionally, you'll find in the refrigerator a large carafe of fresh orange juice and two small bottles of sparkling wine for preparing Mimosas....if you're so inclined. And there is also everything you need to prepare a large fresh pot of coffee.
I'm not sure that The Benton Place is technically a "bed and breakfast" as Rebecca does not LIVE on the property. Just a few feet away is a restaurant called "Local Flavor" which we have always loved and "Mud Street café is just down the street from the courthouse. Only a little further up that road is "Nibbles" which will absolutely be a delightful (breakfast or lunch) experience.
Hello, I apologize for my delayed response. Please give me call @ 479-253-7602 and I will be happy to answer any questions you have regarding The Benton Place Inn.
