A genuine piece of braveria in Northern Arkansas. The staff was friendly and very helpful at check in. The room was comfortable. The fireplace worked and so did the jacuzzi tub. The grounds are well maintained. However, some parts of property are showing their age.

Step back into the old country, as if I were staying at my Oma’s Haus, in Geretsried Bavaria. This place is super quant, über Clean, and the staff is definitely as friendly as you get in these parts. No luxury here but serious relaxation. If you’re looking for a no thrill, adorable place to lay your hat and enjoy quietness, this is it. Has Oma’s touch of decor, not a speck of dust anywhere, and get very comfortable in the days of staying at independently owned inns.

The place is super cute, clean and had friendly staff. We ate at the resurant on property and the food was good. We had a nice stay and got great value for the price. We would definitely stay here again. This whole town is so unique and we need a few more visits to check everything out.

We reviewed the hotel on line and saw good reviews, pool and restaurant. These were all things we were looking for. We booked and paid in advance on line for our room. When we arrived we were told the pool was not filled (July). The lady behind the desk, "Tammy", casually stated if you want to swim there is a lot of water around. We had an early day planned the next morning only to find out the restaurant wasn't open. We were forced to pack up and leave early to look for a breakfast spot before our early zip-line experience. The room it self was fair, but musty smelling. If a hotel advertises a pool and restaurant on the website they should both be operational. The check should also be more polite and clarify everything. I'll pick another hotel on our next visit.

A group of motorcycle friends and I just spent Monday through Thursday here. After coming to the area for years, this was our first time to stay here, although we have enjoyed our group dinner on the final evening here before. This year with the Covid is different and the restaurant was closed while we were there but there were plenty of other good choices nearby. I found the room to be larger than I expected and my king bed comfortable. It was nice having a sofa and table in the room. I only used the patio to hang some gear out to dry after the riding but it was nice to have. The only negative was no refrigerator in the room but Michelle the manager loaned me a cooler which met my needs fine. She said once the Covid is over, they plan on adding the refrigerators. I don't blame her for laying out the cash for those at this time. But you just might want to have a cooler with you at this time. Michelle was a real treat for us. She is full of personality and made our stay very pleasurable, even putting out towels and spray cleaner for our bikes. I' don't see any reason our group won't be returning next year. P.S. Our ride leader/organizer was in room 301. 301 is huge. About double the size of my large room and has a hot tube too. We always have a group dinner on the last night and due to riding longer than we expected, we just ordered pizzas delivered and had them along with some beverages in this room. 8 adults only use about 1/3 of the room available. Very nice.

We paid extra for a jacuzzi tub and private balcony.... neither of which we used, but the room itself was very nice. You can tell the town is antique and older, so we definitely expected an antique feel. It was very clean, well-kept, and an amazing stay! Michelle made the trip worth it! She gave a list of covid changes to the city’s restaurants and activities and encouraged us to text for questions.... we used this to our advantage and had a blast! Thanks Michelle for making our first couples trip to Eureka Springs amazing! Would definitely go back!

No complaints here. This is a cozy little family owned inn. The room was large, CLEAN & nostalgic. The private balcony is wonderful for listening to the birds in the am w/ your coffee. Only bummer was that the restaurant was closed due to COVID ☹️. The manager Michelle is Webster’s definition of kind! Thank you for all of your advise and making our stay great.

Great place to stay! My wife and I enjoyed the hot tub, cable t.v. balcony and the overall quietness and location of the Bavarian Inn! It was close to many Eureka Springs attractions like the Thorncrown Chapel and within driving distance to the Crescent Hotel, town and the Passion Play and Christ Of The Ozarks statue.
