Wasn't sure what we were in for when we booked the brownstone. We needed a place for one night that a lot of hotels/resorts wont do anymore on weekends. I'm so glad we booked here! The caretakers Riley and Jeanie were the best. Rooms were perfect.Never been anywhere that the sheets and pillows smelled better than ours at home. They... More

My wife and I stayed at The Brownstone for a weekend getaway. It was an outstanding and relaxing experience -- just what we were looking for. We had a late check-in but the caretaker met us at the Inn and had us settled into our room in just a few minutes. The bed was comfortable, room was extremely clean and... More

The Brownstone Inn is one of those places every trip should include. It is certainly a change from the chains, and is more like staying with a relative, in his beautiful 19th-century home. A former spring water bottling plant, the Inn has been transformed into a hotel of the finest quality. It helps to get you into the spirit of... More

My fiancé and I have stayed in Eureka Springs at cottages and hotels but no more ladies and gentlemen. There are several reasons why. 1. Private entrances. This is so nice for anyone one staying there as to not disturb one another no matter what time. 2. Location. It's located just out of town so with a little hop and... More

My husband and I came to Eureka on a spontaneous whim and we were so lucky to find this property! The managers were so kind and welcoming, everything was clean and tidy, and the rooms were unique and the décor was perfect. We can't wait to come back and visit!

We have stayed in Eureka for years. Crescent, Park Hotel, other places. This is hands down the best... Private... Only 8 rooms... Breakfast provided in nice separate area. Easy to grab a trolley. Easy to park. Kindest, sweetest, managers.

My wife and I stayed at the Brownstone Inn for our anniversary. The accomodations were very nice, the rooms had been recently renovated and were spacious and decorated very nicely. The owners had recently completed an awesome multi-level patio deck that was impressive and a good way to enjoy the cool evenings. We will stay there again.

The Brownstone Inn was built in 1895 and served as headquarters for the Ozarka Water Bottling Company that drew its water from the nearby Ozarka Spring. The Brownstone Inn offers peace and tranquility with each of our four luxury suites. The two large suites on the upper floor open onto the new, spacious and elevated, wooden deck with abundant sitting areas. The two ground floor suites have 13' ceilings and many remnants of the original structure, reflecting its rich history. These rooms open onto the floral garden areas which are shaded by 100 year old Sycamore trees. Each of these Victorian suites has a private entrance and updated bath. Come savor the experience offered by this marvelous 118 year old building; the deck alone will provide you a memorable experience, unique to The Brownstone Inn, and deserves sharing with someone special. In 2013, the building underwent extensive renovation, and it's expansive deck was enlarged. The newest addition to the grounds is the bronze eagle fountain sculpture, bringing American pride to the elegant atmosphere. The Brownstone Inn common area is the full kitchen and parlor, available to all guests.
