Stayed here last weekend 9/10, and it was clean, peaceful. Had breakfast makings in refrigerator, Pat was very friendly told us places of interest to visit in Eureka Springs. Cabin sit close to hiway, but did not hear a lot of traffic noise, screened in back porch watched deer in mornings and evenings...wish tree limb close to back deck was... More

My husband and I came to Bear Mountain Cabins for our 5yr wedding anniversary. We are from Louisiana so we were looking for a private cabin in the woods. And that is exactly what we found when we got to the Shay. Its secluded but still close to where we needed to go. When we checked in with Pat she... More

This place should get in trouble for the fake advertising they show. The pictures are gorgeous online! We booked the luxury cabin for our whole family for 1600 for the week which was 6 adults and one two year old. The lady was very nice when I booked the cabin. But upon arrival I could definitely tell it was not... More

My husband and I stayed here a few years ago for our first anniversary. We have stayed at several places in Eureka over the years, and never had a problem with any of them. We should have stuck with what we knew because this place was not what we thought it would be. We stayed in the Cozy Cabin and... More

My mom and I booked 2 nights at the Luxury cabin, hoping for some peace and to enjoy the outdoors. We arrived and found out that our cabin did not have a back porch and the front porch faced the very busy highway (with all the road noise). I wish we would have been told this before booking. They highlighted... More

My husband and I brought my mother, and our two young boys for a week vacation; we loved it! Everything was BEAUTIFUL!! It was close enough to all the attractions we wanted to visit and the area was easy to navigate. The owners were awesome! They were very nice and accommodating, always friendly and provided directions and activity advice. The... More

We stayed in the Shaylene, was so beautiful and secluded. My daughters got to see dear right off the back deck. It was an experience of a life time. Pat and George were so friendly and helpful. Lavonne was great was great with my kids playing with the horses. Will stay again. Thank you.

Utterly disappointed. First and foremost the owners were incredibly rude, screaming at times at wedding guests and smoking right outside the doors leading into the ceremony and reception area. Cabins were "decorated" nicely but futons were like sleeping on bricks and though the towels and linens appeared clean, the smell of soured laundry and smoke was almost unbearable. Our cabin... Absolutely hated it. Worst experience I've ever had in my entire life. These people are utterly rude and hateful. As Pat was explaining the way around Eureka springs, I asked if there was a Tattoo shop around. She totally bombarded me with her opinion of how tattoo's are ugly, attention seeking, that I would look ugly with one and etc.... More
