We stayed at the “hideaway.” It’s spacious, clean and felt very private (it lived up to its name). Feels like a cabin, but with the comforts of a hotel. We loved the screened in porch and the jetted tub especially. Great after long days on Beaver Lake or in Eureka Springs. By the way, that’s the best part about this cabin. Whether you want to hit the town or the lake, both are a beautiful 10 minute drive away. We’ll be back I think.
Absolutely loved this cabin! We came for an anniversary & really enjoyed the views, hottub, comfy couch, amazing bed and pillows! It was quiet and peaceful, perfect amount of space, but also lots of room outside to walk! They are also dog friendly, so we were able to Bring our babies! I appreciate their rules for animals, so my husband didn't have a bad allergic reaction! Our dogs enjoyed everything, even sitting on the porch during our hot tub session! The best part was they made fresh cookies for us! We truly appreciated everything and have already recommended to several people!
Had a great time visiting Eureka Springs area. With our Family. Chris and Melissa have wonderful cabins. We stayed in the Lodge cabin. So nice. Clean. Comfortable beds. Kitchen utensils well supplied. Used fireplace. Visited numerous vacation spots. We are planning another trip soon.
We spent the weekend in this beautiful cabin celebrating our wedding anniversary. Amenities were fantastic especially the screened in porch! Owners were excellent communicators and very thoughtful. Will definitely be back!
This is such a relaxing spot! We farm for a living and it is 24/7…We had a chance to get away for a couple of days thanks to the rain and picked this spot…It was absolutely perfect and a homey place to catch our breath! I can say the same for the owners! It is refreshing to see a young couple working hard, doing a great job and very accommodating! All you need is your bags and everything is provided in the cabins-sit back on the back screened in porch and enjoy! Did I say homey? Yep 100%
We stayed here for my mom’s wedding. The bride and groom rented multiple cabins and we shared the presidential cabin with my sister. It was amazing ! Everyone was impressed by it. It was roomy and well decorated. We appreciated the extra snacks and having plenty of towels !! We loves the outdoor / porch space. Would definitely recommend !
Bear mountain cabins never fail to provide beautiful, comfortable and clean cabins. Close to all the attraction in the area. We have stayed with them multiple times and will continue to utilize in them in the future.
The space was amazing. Every bit of detail that was put into it was great! From the breakfast to the coffee in the morning outside on the porch! The quietness is a great feature for a get away! I would highly recommend staying here anytime you need to be refreshed from daily life!
Poor smell in cabin. Pillows had a sweaty sour smell. He said the cabin didnt smell. I said well this can of Febreeze might have helped. Floors weren’t clean. I tried to vacuum but It was so full of pet I had to reach inside of it to pull out the hair. The bathroom was cold and t didn’t use the spa. The kicker for me was the owner. What a defensive person. I got up after my first night and decided the owner should know these things as most owners do. I Believe my words were something to the effect that it was too bad when I had couldn’t smoke on me screened in back porch and yet the house smells worse than the screened in back porch. At this point accused me of trying to take advantage of hlmn and was trying get me too say it he would let me smoke on the screened in back porch. He said he ha been in business for 25 years and he knew all the games that people like me played. And he said he knew my type. I said well look me up I have rented hundreds of cabins and houses all over the country and no complaints. He did say well you know I have the right to refuse service to anyone and I can give you a full refund right now but I had nowhere to go. 71 years old and came to relax And that was certainly shot to hell buy this rude little man.And then showed him that there were no screens on the window so I couldn’t raise the windows for ventilation and he wasn’t concerned about that and I said the floor is dirty and he said no it’s not so when I proceeded to get a rag to show him he said oh no you won’t pull that trick on me. I made two mistakes with this establishment. Number one even though I set my alarm I slept past my checkout time today. Number two I rented some thing I wasn’t sure of simply so I could have the fire place. I even said to him I know small businesses are having a hard time this time of year and I wanted to try and use small business he said well we’re just fine here. Oh yes the shower rod completely collapsed on me as I was trying to take a shower. I could go on and on and he even reminded me that I had asked for a primitive cabin. But shouldn’t even a primitive cabin have screens on the windows and shouldn’t the windows be clean enough that you can see out of them. I won’t be going back there to their cabins. I don’t recommend this place. It was a Disappointment to say the least. But the owner who is the real disappointment in his reactions.…
Excellent stay!! We stayed in the "Cozy Cabin" -- which was bigger than I would have guessed from it's title. Full kitchen with full-size fridge, bathroom with great hot-tub as well as shower stall. Kingsize bed in the bedroom. Great screened in back porch for enjoying the cool evening - without any flies or mosquitoes!
