My husband and I recently stayed here on a visit to Eureka Springs and we had a great experience. The staff at the hotel are all very friendly and helpful. We stayed on the 2nd floor (Queen Deluxe room, I believe) and we really enjoyed it, very spacious and clean! It's an old hotel yet still has it's charm and...

We throughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was attentive and friendly. Nice central location right downtown. Room was clean and large. Huge spa tub for 2 in the room!! Had a mini fridge, microwave and full size coffee pot. Complimentary sodas too! We will definitely stay here again. Be sure to spend some time on the balcony overlooking...

After finding it another innkeeper had failed to reserve our room, my wife and I found ourselves looking for a 3 night vacancy on no notice. The New Orleans Hotel accommodated us and it was wonderful! Clean rooms, big jacuzzi, and a communal balcony overlooking the heart of Spring Street. Just be careful - no elevators, and the stairs a...

If you are looking for a historic hotel with lots of character, then this is a good location. It's on the main strip, valet parking so you can check in and walk where ever you want to go. It was as clean as an old hotel can get and the bed was comfortable. It had the biggest jacuzzie tub I...

3rd attempt to get here. We were not disappointed. The room (108) was great, King bed, big jetted tub and steps away from a balcony overlooking Spring Street. The front desk staff was amazing. Very personable and willing to assist you in whatever you needed. Location was great too, in the heart of the downtown district, easily within walking distance...

This was our first time to stay here. I was extremely happy with our choice. This hotel takes you back in time but still has all the amenities of a newer hotel. We stayed in room 109 which is a king suite with a Jacuzzi tub and a balcony right outside our room. The balcony is great for a glass...

We were hoping for a new experience and this botique hotel and Eureka Springs provided it. Moved back in time in an 1800's building with a very well done and updated facility. Large room and antique furniture (if you have never seen real wood craftsman ship stay here). Huge bath with monster jacuzi tub. High ceilings like really old houses....

From the minute you walk through the door, you take a step back in time. The grand staircase, greets you. Just gorgeous! Staff are helpful and go out of their way to accommodate you. Due to limited parking, the staff greet you to take your bags and then park your car. They will also retrieve your car when you are...
