The cabin at Sugar Ridge was gorgeous and had the most amazing view! We enjoyed every minute! We appreciate Wayne who was so helpful in getting our trip planned. We look forward to our next trip! Thanks for making our stay memorable!

My husband and I needed a break. We had never been to Eureka Springs. We had a lovely visit. We don't like to live amongst the crowds when we escape. We like something more remote with an option for being around crowds. This was a perfect place for us! Is it a little dated, yes. Could there be some improvements, yes. But the cleanliness made all the difference. There are few people on staff, but they provided things as needed. Things to know when looking for a place to stay, this facility is not staffed 24 hours per day. Ask for what you need when staff are available. The views couldn't be better. The evenings were serene. There is a beautiful view of Beaver Lake. We were about 15 or 20 minutes outside of Eureka Springs, which made the commute easy when we wanted to travel to the quaint town for a meal or to shop. Be patient with parking if you go into Eureka Springs. It sometimes takes a while and you may have to walk a bit, but folks were kind. This would be a great place to stay with family or friends as there are also log canins on site. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

There were 6 of us girls that traveled from South Arkansas to North Arkansas for a 3 day trip. The cabin was great and oh so clean. Wayne greeted us and gave us water the key to the cabin and was very helpful and friendly. The balcony overlooked Beaver Lake, and the view was wonderful. Thank you very much and we will make the trip again

The views from cabin 4 are breath taking. It seriously made the whole trip. The staff was super helpful when we needed anything. They gave plenty of extra towels and blankets when asked no issues. My only negative thing to say… was the shower. It was super dated and needed updating. The nozzles were confusing and seemed like it was hanging on by a thread. But I would still stay here again. The rest of the cabin was cute, clean, and cozy. Perfect for a long weekend getaway

We stayed in a suite at the main lodge. It was just as beautiful as advertised and the perfect place to getaway for a weekend. Our room was very clean and spacious. It’s just far enough away from town to be private but close enough that you’re not wasting time in a car. We can not wait to go back and stay in a cabin next time. If you go be sure to lookout for dinosaurs when driving there.

DO NOT book this location if you want to enjoy a cozy fire while on your vacation. We chose Sugar Ridge Resort since they advertised real wood fireplaces and lots of firewood provided. We arrived in our cabin on Thursday, December 21st, 2020. My fiancé immediately built us a large fire to ring in the cozy New Year. Within 20 minutes the entire cabin was filled with smoke and the smoke alarms were going off. We called management and a maintenance man arrived in about 30 minutes and the smoke alarms were still alarming. The maintenance man told us that the fireplaces in these cabins were only built for “ambiance” and we should only use a maximum of 2-3 logs. This sounded completely ridiculous since the resort provides lots of firewood for the large fireplace. We requested to speak to the owner since our only New Year’s plans were to stay in and enjoy a fire in our cabin. The owner did call us and refuted what the maintenance man told us and promised a chimney sweep would be at our cabin Friday morning by 10:30 am. The chimney sweep never arrived nor did the owner care enough to call us and let us know. We also used some of our heavy shirts as blankets since no blankets are provided in the cabin. We accidentally left a shirt behind when we left. We knew exactly where it was since we used it as a blanket. Management told us that nothing was found and there was nothing they could do. Extremely poor customer service at Sugar Ridge Resort in Eureka Springs, AR.

These charming cabins are situated overlooking Beaver Lake, with a southern exposure. Our couples cabin had comfy accommodations, including charcoal and lighter fluid for the grill, a full-size fridge and freezer, a two-person jacuzzi tub in the bedroom, and a private deck. There was wood ready for the fireplace as well. Wayne was very helpful on the phone, helping us with contactless check-in and check-out, and also helped me align with a wonderful fishing guide. The place is a bit pricey, but the view is worth it.

There are so many good things to say about Sugar Ridge! Check in was a breeze and very pleasant experience. The lady answered all my questions politely, Room was perfect for my husband and I. Upon arrival, room temp was perfect despite hot and humid condition outside. Lights were turned on for us and music playing on the Television. It was a special touch. I loved how the cabin has a hint of wood burning smoke from their winter stays. Makes it feel that much cozier. They also allowed us to bring our fur baby and had a special package even for her! Never had a place do that before. Room was stocked with plenty of towels and kitchen supplies, making it nice to cook in our cabin and grill out. They even supplied charcoal and lighter fluids, paper towels, dish soap, salt / pepper, coffee and coffee filters! The scenery has a stunning view overlooking the lake from indoors and the porch with seating and a porch swing. The view is just as amazing from the indoor jacuzzi tub! This is our second time staying there and can't wait to go back again. This place is amazing for an intimate get a way! It is a very quiet area and nobody running around outside. It is some distance to the town of Eureka Springs, maybe like 10 miles but that was fine with us. Just make sure to bring what you want with you. During our stay, we took a guided Striper fishing trip with a local business and I caught my first Striper ever and it was 38#! Sugar Ridge was so kind to go the extra mile and write up an article with my picture and my big fish in the local paper and mailed me several copies of the paper. Their hospitality is downright amazing!! Would and have recommended this resort for anyone needing a break from work and stress!

Our cabin had the best view. So comfy! Immediately at ease.... we had a chef come to our cabin and cook, named Wil Larsen. He was friendly and professional, and made a perfect meal for our anniversary, even cleaned up and left us dessert plated, and really made us feel special. The cabin was more than we expected in every way. Loved it, definitely coming back!

My husband and I eloped in November so we spent Spring Break here. We stayed in Cabin 6 and was wonderful! When we walked in, there was a heavy smell of burnt fire place and really cheesy love songs playing on the TVs, but we got used to it. They really do provide everything you possibly need to cook your meals! Coffee was wonderful, sitting on the back porch and watching the view was great; It's pretty quite and secluded. No one bothers you and you only get maid service if you ask (which was fine with us :-)! The place is dated but was spotless when we arrived and I'm picky of cleanliness. The water for the sink, shower and hot tube have the capability to be scolding hot! For the hot tub especially, that was nice. Just be careful getting in and out of it. Sugar Ridge is a really nice place to visit if you want to be alone! My husband and I will be back! We had such a wonderful time!
