This hotel has a great location for either downtown or the Eureka area. It is a short walk to the attractions of downtown Eureka and is just off of the main thoroughfare to the area. The owners are fantastic and really take good care of their guests. The appearance (curb appeal) needed some lovin (call me for the wash and paint job) lol but it was a great weekend. About 10 minute drive to the Great Passion Play, which was also great. Thank you Joe for the hospitality that was given and prompt management skills for any issues that your guests may have had during our stay.
In 17 years I have never had this happen. We had reservations for four nights listed in comments TRAVELING WITH SERVICE DOG!! They absolutely refused to check us in with a service dog. The owner Joe Lee states he does not follow the ADA law he follows his policy. I have my dog with vest , tag , doctors letter and offered to demonstrate how she warns. Mr Joe Lee and his wife had zero respect, compassion and 100% refusing to follow ADA law. I did give them a business card size of the ADA. Again was following policy not law. Claiming their insurance requires this. Yes I will officially contact ADA.gov and Days Inn , Wyndham complaints line. Was extremely stressful, they did not care. I have been with my father on hospice this was our 43rd anniversary and a get away for peace and comfort. This is not a revenge review this is to prevent people with disabilities from suffering like I did. Unbelievably horrible!!!! This is / was totally 💯 unacceptable!!! Even when they knew I was recording them saying they refused to follow ADA law , they did not care. This was the owner Joe Lee and his wife so if the top doesn’t know how to show compassion how in the world could employees in general know compassion, empathy or respect. Extremely upsetting for me. The Super 8 just down the road was totally different and VERY respectful. Wish I could give a negative review but one is the lowest. Will follow up with ADA !…
Property was well kept, room was clean and comfortable. The pool provided a good spot to relax. Close to main attractions while just far enough for a peaceful stay. Joe was an excellent host and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and he provided roadmaps with some popular bike routes.
My wife, kids, and I slept well every night. The hotel is quiet being a good distance off the road with a walking shortcut downtown to avoid messing with tough Eureka Springs downtown parking. Breakfast was great—cereal, toast, oatmeal, apples, OJ, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and granola. The hotel facilities met expectations from online pics. It is a smaller hotel with a lot of attention to guests. It was nice sitting outside the room in rocking chairs watching multiple deer. The owners are very personable, and my daughter’s nickname was Kind Mr. Joe.
Great place to stay. Clean well kept motel walking distance from downtown restraunts. The owners do a great job of making you feel welcome. We were on our annual motorcycle trip and this motel provides the perfect home base for great daily riding adventures. We have stayed here multiple times and will be back . Thanks Joe 😎
We stayed at this location in May 2022, we had a wonderful experience here!! The owners, Joe and his wife were amazing!! They were helpful in every way. The room was clean and nice. Great location, easy access.
We definitely enjoyed our stay at Days Inn Eureka Springs! Clean, comfortable rooms and the owner was personally attentive to our every need. He even opened the pool and adjusted the temperature just for us! Highly recommend!
This hotel is privately owned by a couple and they take very good care of their guests. Know you by name and are very personal. Took our motorcycles here and felt very safe with them here, they even have towels to wipe them down if needed and a special welcome present that was much appreciated.
Joe and his wife are great hosts, who cater to motorcycles. They are on site and interact very positively with guests. We were offered a beer at check in and never had to worry about our motorcycles, as we knew Joe was on site. We had a fantastic stay and will be back again and again!!
We had a great time. The room was clean and very comfortable. We recommend them as a great place to stay. Watching the deer come up to the parking lot to eat was a plus. It was close to the Historic District & right next to the trolly.
