We stayed in the African Oasis jacuzzi suite. The room is down steps and backs to a beautiful hillside of trees. We sat on the rocking chair and watched deer, squirrels, birds and butterflies. The location is central to many local attractions and shopping. We walked to Main Street and the trolley stops at the entrance to the hotel. The heated pool was refreshing after long days of adventure. The bed and pillows were just as comfortable as sleeping at home.
The room was clean and the A/C was all set for our arrival. The owners are a delight. They made us feel welcome from arrival to departure.
If you ride a motorcycle they provide covered parking, cleaning rags and a water hose.
We are common middle class people and we feel like we received 5 star service and accommodations.

This days inn turned out to be the perfect place for me while I was traveling on my motorcycle, I could park my bike just a few feet from my door and they even offered a water hose and towels to wash my bike which was very nice since I had done some off roading.
* Staff is very friendly and went out of there way to make sure I had everything I needed.
* Room was very clean comfortable and the AC worked well, I had done some hot riding and needed it.
* Location was perfect, off the highway and no road noise and set in a wooded area with stairs headed downtime to enjoy a good meal.
* Zippy internet and lots of TV channels.
In summary you can tell they really care about your experience while staying which is very different from what I usually run into, much appreciated.

This hotel is privately owned by a couple and they take very good care of their guests. Know you by name and are very personal. Took our motorcycles here and felt very safe with them here, they even have towels to wipe them down if needed and a special welcome present that was much appreciated.

The hotel located near bus station and main highway. Place is quiet and within walking distance to downtown. The room is very clean and quiet. The bed is comfortable. The price is reasonable and attractive, They even provides flowing water hose to wash your hot rod or bike and drying tower to dry your equipment. The host are very friendly and proud of their property.

I cant say enough good things about this facility. If you want clean, efficient and friendly service, this is for you. The place is dated, but that didnt affect my stay at all. The plus is there is an exhaust fan in the bathroom which many hotels dont seems to have and it bothers me with all the steam from hot showers. There is a microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron and TV. Bring an extension cord or USB ports as electirical outlets are lacking. We made do without the alarm clock and a light. Beds were comfy. Staff were more than happy to provide extra pillows and towels and toiletry items. A VERY good thing about this facility, is that this outdoor pool is heated AND it is walking distance to Eureka Springs mainstreet. walkable even to the Tram tour station. Enjoy sitting outdoors on provided rocking chair and watch a deer or two pass by.

My wife, kids, and I slept well every night. The hotel is quiet being a good distance off the road with a walking shortcut downtown to avoid messing with tough Eureka Springs downtown parking. Breakfast was great—cereal, toast, oatmeal, apples, OJ, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and granola. The hotel facilities met expectations from online pics. It is a smaller hotel with a lot of attention to guests. It was nice sitting outside the room in rocking chairs watching multiple deer. The owners are very personable, and my daughter’s nickname was Kind Mr. Joe.

felt very welcome and they were sensitive to the needs af our HOG group.Extra chairs placed out front so we could socialize in the evening. When we ordered pizza a card table was brought out to put it on.

Property was well kept, room was clean and comfortable. The pool provided a good spot to relax. Close to main attractions while just far enough for a peaceful stay. Joe was an excellent host and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and he provided roadmaps with some popular bike routes.

The gentleman working was very pleasant and helpful from the moment we got there. He told us what trail to take to walk downtown. That was wonderful! We spent the day downtown and walked everywhere, the traffic was horrible and there was no parking. The room was clean. The shower head is very low, and walls were thin. None of this was an issue for us- neighbors were respectful and we are not tall. Really could not get a better location if you do not want to be in the traffic of downtown. Pool area looked nice, but was closed late October. They had breakfast but we did partake. We would stay again.

This hotel has a great location for either downtown or the Eureka area. It is a short walk to the attractions of downtown Eureka and is just off of the main thoroughfare to the area. The owners are fantastic and really take good care of their guests. The appearance (curb appeal) needed some lovin (call me for the wash and paint job) lol but it was a great weekend. About 10 minute drive to the Great Passion Play, which was also great. Thank you Joe for the hospitality that was given and prompt management skills for any issues that your guests may have had during our stay.

Yes we have plenty of room in tha back, sorry I did not get back with you sooner.
Sorry I just now saw this. We have 2 smoking rooms and allow smoking outside in rocking chairs.
There is no elevator, just call Dianna 479-253-8863 and ask her about a ground floor room
