This place looks rough on the outside, but the people are friendly and the food is great! Our waitress was awesome and thier Ruben was the best I have ever had. We had a wonderful dinner on the patio and will definitely go back on our next trip to Eureaka Springs!

I'm not saying forget all past reviews of this place, but it has new owners and they're on top of their game. They recently purchased this establishment and are doing lots of upgrades! We were in a huge, loud group our first visit and were unsure if we'd be comfortable, being that all the reviews describe it as a biker bar. Yeah, you'll see some awesomely bearded gents and some beautiful bikes but c'mon step out of your box. We were treated like kings here and even were met by the new owners! Great folks I have to say! Had an epic pork chop that was so dang good we went back the next day for lunch and had it again!! Amazing waitstaff!! This is not fast food nor should you expect it to be! That being said we were served in under 20. Disregard any negative reviews and stop in and enjoy yourself! You can thank me later!

Waited 40 minutes for our food and waitress never came to see if we needed a refill on our drinks she was spending at least 20 minutes at another table just visiting. She finally came back and we asked how much longer and was told a few more minutes we asked for the check so we could just pay for the 2 drinks we got (no refills) and our food was still on the ticket so we had to have her take it off. Not to mention our menu was a sheet of paper with few selections and we saw others get a complete menu. Will not be back.

We were treated terribly here as a young family by our server. I would not recommend dining here if you are new to town and don’t know about other options.
Food was not bad but service was a complete disaster and when I went to ask for the manager I found him smoking a cigarette in the distance. Not worth the hassle.

Before we were married we had spent a weekend in Eureka Springs. It rained terrible one night while we went to this pub. The few people there were really nice and we had great time. I took my wife there for her birthday the other day and it was still as nice as always. The service was a bit too laid back... might need to get things back in order on that front, but hey... the food was seriously good as was the beer.

It's rare that we'll eat at the same place twice on a trip, but we did that at the Pied Piper. The first visit we ate in the pub, the second we ate in the restaurant, and both experiences were great. They have a good selection of beers, and of the food menu, my favorite was the Kill-A-Guy burger that is topped with a spicy sauce, an onion ring, and batter-dipped jalapeno peppers. Not as hot as it sounds, but definitely delicious. On top of their great food and beers, they also have a selection of T-shirts to commemorate your trip to Eureka. And yes, I bought one.

It's the best of both worlds. Restraunt on one side and bar on the other. Great burgers and onion rings. Ranch dressing was excellent! We sat on both sides because we started with a beer or two and then moved over for the food.

We stopped in for a few afternoon drinks and snacks. After waiting 10 minutes on the patio the waitress took our drink order and brought our drinks out. She told us she would be right back for payment. We finished our drinks in 15 minutes. After 30 minutes of no waitress sightings we walked inside paid for our drinks and left. There was no excuse for being ignored the way we were. Business was slow. We were 2 of maybe 6 people there. Obviously the waitress had other priorities. We made our way across the street to Amigos Mexican restaurant where they were more than happy to provide first class customer service on the outdoor patio with some pretty awesome chips and salsa and tasty, decent priced margaritas. Do yourself a favor. Avoid the Pied Piper and patronize an establishment that actually caters to its customers!!

We ate here last night and the food was really good. We had the jalapeño bottle caps as an appetizer and they were delicious and hot from the seeds. Then I had the bangers and mash which was really good. My cousin had the turkey dinner and she really enjoyed hers as well. Our waitress was excellent, she was very friendly and checked on us a lot. We will come back again.
