Excellent location and stay. Stayed in the “Bed & Breakfast” suite. Suite clean, very comfy bed and breakfast was GREAT (even on day of checkout). Owner on site - very friendly couple - we’ll be back!!!

Within walking or short driving distance to local restaurants and Main St. Right off the main path and you’re able to catch trolley right next door to property that will take you downtown to Historic location vs. having to fight traffic and parking.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We are happy that you enjoyed your stay, "kid-free", and we able to read, watch your sports channels and visit the downtown area. The weather was absolutely perfect and it was a great weekend for all. We certainly hope to see you both sometime in the future. Take care and stay healthy!

Hello, we decided our first trip of 2021 would be Eureka Springs and decided to make reservations at the Tradewinds. Making the reservations was Super easy we chose the Wolf Den Cabin. Self contained, cute and well appointed with a Super Comfortable bed, we will request this cabin again.
We enjoyed the sparkling blue pool which was private and quiet during our stay.
Coffee and lite fair are offered for breakfast, although some suites do offer room service.
Eureka Springs has Fantastic places to eat and most restaurants were offering curbside, which we brought back to our cabin and enjoyed.
For those not familiar with Eureka Springs, THIS is the location for you!
Park once and ride the Trolly (Station located next door) to Downtown, the Passion Play, the Crescent and a whole host of other attractions.
We suggest a multi day trolly pass. Take the trolly to the top of the hill and walk back down, catch it again and go a different direction.
But, come back home to the Tradewinds to relax.
The Owners are on premises and are willing to offer suggestions and are very helpful with directions to things around town.
Hands down, we WILL stay. here again.

So happy that you both enjoyed your return visit and stay with us! I know you both LOVE the stand alone cabin and the easy accessibility to everything you want to do. We always get excited when we see your reservation come through our website and can't wait to visit with both of you. We certainly appreciate your business, referrals and friendship. I will always remember how nervous you both were when you got married in Eureka Springs a few years back. Look forward to seeing y'all in the future.

We had the pleasure of spending the night in the "Bed and Breakfast" Suite. The room was beautifully furnished and sparkling clean. The King sized bed was very comfortable and we both commented the next morning on how well we had slept. When you book this particular suite you get a delicious hot breakfast delivered to your door. Vicky and her husband are great hosts. We would definitely book again with them.

Thank you kindly, Jeanette, for your lovely review of our property. It makes us both very happy that you and Roy enjoyed your stay in Suite 101. Although a lot of the attractions were still closed, it appears that you made the best of it. We really appreciate you both for supporting small businesses during these trying times with Covid-19. Hope to see you both in the near future!

My wife an I have stayed many places in Eureka Springs over the years,, and we were there for the weekend, for our Anniversary. It was a charming and beautiful cabin, quiet, but located minutes from downtown Eureka Springs, very clean, well maintained. The pool and patio were fantastic, like being in an island paradise, and last, but far from least, Sam and Vicki, the hosts, were Uber Fantastic! They were personable, attentive, and sincerely cared about our experience, even leaving a thank you card in the cabin to commemorate my wife and I's Anniversary. Hands down, this will be our go to place from now on, when my wife and I are spending a weekend together in Eureka.

Room was dirty hadn’t been cleaned. Bed had been slept in, trash was full, bathroom had been used and not cleaned. Booked through Vacasa, no person onsite, was on hold for a 1/2 an hour, took an hour and a half for them to respond to me after telling me they would need yo contact the onsite manager. Terrible experience turned around and drove home driving 2hours to get there as i wasn’t going to sleep in previously used bedding. Vacasa was terrible to with, I highly recommend avoiding this location!!!

Spent 3 nights here even during Covid. Sam and Vicki very accommodating and Hospitable. Great location next to the transits which takes you downtown and the tram for a tour.
Not serving full breakfast right now but has a fine Continental breakfast. Freshly ground coffee every morning.
The rooms are very clean and themed. Its just fun to see.
Also Fuzzy's limo service is another great way to get to and from restaurants. Best make reservations ahead of time to the restaurants.

Hubby and I stayed one night here in room 101, a B&B room. Absolutely loved it! They took a regular "motel 6" type room and raised the classiness ten-fold! Beautiful decor, top-notch bedding and bath accessories and breakfast was absolutely delicious. Only $103 per night with tax. Amazing! Will definitely be returning for a longer stay next time.

Our rooms were comfortable, and furnished in very interesting ways. The owner was helpful and enthusiastic.Only complaint was the modest breakfast of a bagel and cream cheese. And we wish they would restock coffee every morning.

Not knowing the area, as we're from UK, and after trying many other places on-line which were fully booked (as it was Memorial Day weekend) we were Really Really pleased when we arrived here.

The location is IDEAL !

As it is difficult to park downtown, the local trolley stop next door was a God-send. It's even close enough to walk down into town (about 10-15mins). We did it twice, although it is hard work coming back up the hill with a full tummy.

After noticing the location of the other lodgings we'd tried, we breathed a sigh of relief we had been unable to book them.

The room was lovely (the bed a bit too soft for us though) and even though it was right next to the main road, we heard nothing & slept undisturbed. The in-room Jacuzzi put the top-hat on it.

We had the 'help yourself' continental breakfast & it was a joy being able to choose to eat outside in the morning sun.

Mark & Jeff were the perfect hosts. So friendly, informative & easy going. We felt really comfortable, unlike some stuffy places we've been to.

We will certainly visit here again & we will recommend this place to all our friends, family, work colleagues, passing strangers... in fact, everyone !

Thanks guys... Top notch!

My birthday week celebrating with friends at Tradewinds! What a beautiful place to hang our hats at the end of the day. The recent changes only make it more inviting. The owner Mark, could not have been a more perfect host. From the Welcoming sign to the birthday cake it was awesome. We have already made our plans to return and we wouldn't stay anywhere else. Mark suggested a few places to see and do while we were there and we had a blast. Can't wait to go back!

How close is this to downtown?
Answer from suitelifeinfo
Eureka Springs, Arkansas
Less than 1/2 mile walk and it is downhill. As others have mentioned, the trolley station is located right next to our property so you can always hop on it. Thanks much!

We have one room that is designated to a "hot" breakfast delivered to the room. That would be Suite 101. All other rooms receive a continental breakfast in our adorable breakfast room!
