I stayed at this property for one night while visiting the area. It was decent on the main road. I arrived very late so unable to utilize the shuttle to Eureka Springs. The wifi worked well. The room was average but outdated. The hotel didn't have many guests but the room was nice and quiet.
Sonny and Pooja are the BEST! Great people and always asking and making sure we have everything we need. Rooms are exceptionally clean. I am super picky about cleanliness and feel very comfortable when I am at The Lodge. I have stayed at The Lodge yearly for the past 7 years and would not even think about staying any place else in Eureka Springs, AR. If I had more than two thumbs, they would all be up!
Very accommodating and clean with friendly service and helpful staff. We were in a group and will be back next year. Close to all the action. Family run and family oriented. Give this place a try you will like it
The Lodge is an ecellent vacation value. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Eureka Springs. My corvette club has been staying there for many years. The owners are truly wonderful! They are responsive to all of our needs. They are like family!
The jacuzzi room was large and quiet on the backside of the Lodge. The bamboo mattress was so comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed coffee on the patio in the mornings. Sonny at the front desk was very informative about local cuisine. We had the best Tai food at the Tai Palace.
Nice, clean and very accommodating! We were there only two nights for an event but requested a bottom room when I booked and no problem when we arrived. Perfect family owned and very friendly place to stay. Will stay again!
We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and cozy and the gentleman that checked us in was super sweet and very patient. For people that have back issues, the bed was extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend.
Great place to stay! Room stocked, everything worked and staff was great! Jacuzzi tub and pool were fantastic! Good view into the woods off of our porch. Rooms seemed to be very well insulated/ sound deadening because we didn't hear the people next door or above us.
I was a little worried about the price when I first saw how inexpensive it was, but it was one of the nicest, cleanest, well put together rooms I had ever stayed in. Even my OCD wife thought the room was extremely clean and smelled fresh. The owner at the front desk was extremely professional and polite as well as very informative about things to do in eureka springs. We will forever be return customers of the lodge!
Once again a great stay at The Lodge! My husband and I have stayed there many times. This time we had a large group and reserved 10 rooms. The owners are very polite, helpful and accommodating! Everyone in our group was pleased and all had good things to say about The Lodge. The rooms were nice and clean, the pool cool and refreshing after long hot days of motorcycle riding. They have covered parking where they let us all part our motorcycles and they even had towels and cleaning supplies out that anyone could use on their bikes.
