Everything was perfect, the organized and mapped check in was so easy. The grounds are well organized and easy to get around, not to mention immaculate. The cave was spotless and more than we imagined, the pictures don’t do it justice. It seems so remote but it’s not far from restaurants and shopping.
We stayed in the New York Central Park Treehouse, and loved it. An open and airy room with big windows, with an in-room jacuzzi, mini-fridge, microwave, everything you could want. The room had lots of cute touches with such things as a string of little lights like one would put in a tree for a festive look. The check-in was easy and did not even require personal contact - very efficient. While this is not in the downtown tourist area, it is only a couple of miles away. If we were to go to Eureka Springs again, this is where we would choose to stay. Although it was too wet and cold to ride our bikes, we brought them with us just in case. It would be a good home base for bike riding in the area.
My husband and I stayed in the castle treehouse for our honeymoon at the end of October 2020. First of all, I want to say that great customer service started months before we were scheduled to stay there. I received multiple emails confirming our stay and if we had any additional requests. And then on the week of our stay confirming how to check in since it is a contactless check in now - instructions were very easy to follow. When we arrived and went through the gate, it is very magical - feels like you are in another place. When we went into the castle, it was very clean and well organized. They had a sweet personalized note and gift basket waiting for us. In the check in package, there was a riddle for us to find the hidden door - this was a very cool touch. Once you walk in, it feels like your castle is in the magical forest by itself. The outdoor deck was big and had a privacy fence on both sides. To look out at the trees was very peaceful and gorgeous this time of year. The hidden door was my favorite part. It led to a nice rainfall shower and then up the stairs to an awesome jacuzzi tub for two. This had a fireplace and tv and two large windows to look out into the woods. It was very nice. When we booked, we were offered a free walking tour of down town which was cool. We also received a wooden Christmas ornament for attending - provided by the Treehouses. We highly recommend Eureka Springs Treehouses and will be staying here again. It is definitely worth the money. …
We have stayed at Eureka Springs Treehouse and also one of their caves! They are both absolutely wonderful, beautiful and peaceful places to stay for a romantic and relaxing stay in a great town. This place has a great location nestled back among the trees. Looking forward to more stats with them.
We stayed in probably the lowest end room they had and it was still beautiful! Tub for two, personal sauna, unique entryway into our room! (it was was a mirror/door!) We'd definetly stay here again! Great place to have a honeymoon!
