Located on one of the best locations to shopping, entertainment and restaurants (several in walking distance), the Edelweiss Inn offers exceptionally clean, we call them Swiss clean rooms, all non-smoking rooms with either king or two queen size beds. Some of our amenities include a trolley stop at our entrance, a continental breakfast, and outdoor decks, and all of our rooms feature CARPET-free flooring (except some small area rugs), free high speed WiFi, mini-refrigerators, coffee makers, microwaves, hairdryers and 40 inch flat screen TV's. I’ve stayed here many times, and will continue to do so every time I come to Eureka Springs ! The owners are the nicest people, and you can tell they take great pride in their business. The rooms are furnished with everything you could need, and I’ve never stayed in a cleaner room. The entire property is spotless. Good location and a great price!

I don't want to sound too picky, but I did a significant amount of research to find lodging that I felt confident would meet our needs for a recent trip. Besides great reviews for Edelweiss Inn and favorable location, the aspect that sealed the deal for me to choose them was their website. I really appreciated how the reservation system allowed you to select a specific room, right down to the room number. So many hotel reservation sites don't allow that and say to make a comment about special requests, but then they don't read those requests until you check in. I needed to know 100% that the room I had was going to be on a ground floor and being able to select the EXACT room on their website made that possible.
This is an older property, which is very typical in this area. It has had some facelifts here and there to maintain its vintage charm while still feeling fresh and clean.
I worried about having room neighbors that might take too much of advantage of sitting out on the patio (which was outside of our room door). Fortunately, we were there on days that weren't extremely busy. The first night, we did have to endure a couple that sat out on the sidewalk chairs talking for hours and who also woke at the break of dawn to resume their long conversation right outside of our window. Luckily, the A/C unit fan was loud enough to drown them out. (I'll note that the hotel did provide foam ear plugs in the room as well, although we didn't need to use them.)
Check in was very pleasant, I received a great deal of useful advice, maps, recommendations, etc. This was my first time in ES so it was very helpful to have such expert advice.
They offered a simple, but ample breakfast each day as well.
Overall, you could tell their heart is really into giving a great experience for their lodgers. I would not hesitate recommending this location.

I can see why this hotel is rated #1! The bed is very comfortable, quality linens, sits off the highway, so there is virtually no street noise. Nice big deck for sitting in the back, very extensive continental breakfast. The hosts are very accommodating and, last, but not least, I loved the friendly cat residents and the deer who came to feed in the evening! 10/10, I recommend. This will be my go to in ES!!!

I have always wanted to support Mom and Pop motels before chains. Over the past 8 or so years, I have witnessed a slow degrading of quality of interior, maintenance and, the largest unfortunate casualty, cleanliness. Even in more affordable name brand company chains, if the property is not under 3 years old, I wonder about the overall condition. This property is exceptional.
I've paid more per night to experience a room that, maybe, had fresh linens and new soaps but very iffy cleaning everywhere else in the room. It's been quite a while since we've not been fearful of walking shoeless on our motel or hotel room's floor without having to fork out at least $175 per night. If you want value in a good location and not be afraid of what you will find when you open the door to your room for the first time, STAY HERE!

This family owned inn is absolutely awesome! The location was perfect for all attractions and the price was very reasonably. Updated rooms are very clean, beds and bedding provided a great night sleep & the light breakfast was perfect to get the day started.

What a gem in Eureka Springs! Absolutely the cleanest and well kept accommodations I've ever stayed at. VERY comfy beds and the management is attentive and friendly. The room is updated and the shower had ample water pressure to feel clean and refreshed after any long day.

Very nice and clean rooms with friendly service. Nice secure parking . Very nice outdoor deck and gazebo for visiting and catching up with friends. Deer come right up to the well groomed back yard every night and morning. Nice continental breakfast in the morning. I stay here every time I'm in Eureka Springs. Very motorcycle friendly. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a nice quiet place to stay at a reasonable price.

We were very impressed with the Edelweiss Inn. It was impeccably clean, and I liked the wood floors instead of carpeting, because you could tell the floors had been swept and mopped - in other hotels I always wonder if the carpet had even been swept much less cleaned - ever! We appreciated that the Inn is on the trolley route, as that certainly made it much easier to get around town without having to find a place to park. The continental breakfast with nice, just what we expected - a hot beverage and muffins/cereal/oatmeal. Everything was fresh. When we had a problem the morning we left because a water pipe coupling broke, the owner was immediately at the door as soon as I called, and the situation was handled quickly, appropriately and efficiently. We also enjoyed seeing the deer grazing the in back area in the evening, and the friendly cats. I would absolutely recommend staying at the Edelweiss Inn for anyone who is planning a trip to Eureka Springs.

This is a wonderful, clean, place that is pretty much central to everything going on in the Eureka Springs area. Robert and Charlotte (owners) are very attentive to their many guests and go above and beyond to make them comfortable and their stay enjoyable. The back area is very relaxing with a well kept fire pit and plenty of deer who also become a part of the welcoming committee here. The rooms are decent, beds comfortable and if you desire a good cup of coffee and a unique breakfast go to the Eureka Springs Coffee, Breakfast, and Burgers restaurant on main.

As someone who traveled a lot for work until my retirement, this motel was amazing! It's one of the cleanest properties I've stayed at period. It's not anything fancy but incredibly comfortable, the proprietor was very friendly and they actually provide housekeeping every day unlike the chains! I highly recommend Edelweiss Inn if you're looking for a clean comfortable place to stay in Eureka Springs!

It was very simple muffins, fruit, coffee and such in the hotel lobby. We normally just grab a piece of fruit and some coffee, we aren't really breakfast people.
I am not sure but think so. The owners had several pets that were around openly. I would just place a call to them. When I had a question that is what I did and got an answer right away.

Parking is available on the front side or the backside. Backside rooms are the very bottom rooms as the Edelweiss Inn is a 3-story building and those rooms are facing the backyard where people can see our deer from time to time.
Also rooms on the backside are primarily reserved for people who book through our own website, not through Online Travel Agencies like Expedia or Booking.
There is a nice deck on the backside which is actually available for everyone but mostly used by the rooms on the backside.
The Edelweiss Inn does not allow pets in any rooms.
