Visit date 19 to 26 th December 2021.
After 2 years lockdown finally managed to get a skiing break.
Booked one quadruple room and 1 double
Room
Quad was very good value spacious space for clothing.
Good size bathroom.
Interior looking drab not really 4 star finish.
Bit noisy from above and some bar noise from down the road luckily geusts were a tame bunch mix of some English mainly Spanish , French and Portuguese people.some kitchen extract switches on around 545 am was irritating!I always take ear plugs.
Beds were excellent memory and from foam can be changed on request.i think you can order a kettle in your room a bonus here.
Room cleaned very well daily.
We was on the 4 th floor Hotel was not that busy using the lifts to go to the ski lockers always took too long so we used the stairs most of the time.
Ski lockers good and the exit was a real benefit going to the slopes with beginners not confident in their boots. trying to fit with boards and skis in a locker was a problem
Cleaning of the locker area was top notch
Great location to the slopes so close.Staff at the hotel had a really friendly attitude and polite and helpful .They should be complimented as they work so hard to please.
The food was a good spread but no halal or vegetarian ,or allergy indicating labels which was a shame. There was a grill chef working morning and night.Having fish which was not great quality every night was getting boring but overall was quite good maybe the lack of choice down to covid.desert was a nice spread.Breakfast was very good full continental plus fried omelette made to order.
Stairs to reception absolute pain with over 100kg of luggage but such is life with a large family.
Good position in the town for shops and services to next town if needed.
Verdict on returning
Most definitely!

We stayed at the Hotel MĂ gic Pas in Pasa De La Casa in March 2022, there were three of us older guys so really wanted a room with a bit of space, the hotel didnt let us down we had a great room 602 which had two bedrooms and to bathrooms plus a sitting room with TV & Fridge, plus the room had a safe... We were really pleased and was cleaned daily to a very good standard... The hotel itself is only a 4 minute walk in ski boots to the lifts and is well positioned in the town to shops. The restaurant was buffet service with a good choice of food both at breakfast and evening meals, drinks were extra for evening meal but the food was in plentiful supply. The hotel also had a bar with Pool table TV's and a football table... The other good place was the health suite which you could book for 30 minutes a day to use a sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi, plenty enough time after a great days skiing.. I f i had to make one observation is the food needs to be labeled as to what it is as sometimes was difficult to know, but all in all a great place and great value, plus the staff were all excellent.

My partner and I have stayed at a few ski resort hotels and this is one of the best. Couples and families accommodated separately from groups, Clean and modern rooms, good wifi, good ski storage facility, comfy beds, less than 150m from the slopes.
The restaurant service and staff were outstanding, with many different choices of food. Although paying for drinks (including soft drinks) at dinner isn’t my idea of half board.

Mixed group of 11 with family and friends from 21 to 60! Fabulous stay, comfortable and spacious rooms, we had room 810 which was very quiet. Lifts a bit slow if on higher floors. Boot room in basement, jacuzzi and steam/sauna nice at the end of the day (floor 5) and we were the only ones there when we visited. Hadn’t realised we would be charged which may have put others off. Very close to slopes, few mins walk from the boot room to lifts and right in town for bars and restaurants. Skiing area fantastic with good mix of red and blue with blacks dotted around. Long lifts leading to equally long runs. Not easy to navigate but we managed. Wide open slopes, not busy, skied to soldeau and el tarter. Lovely breakfast at hotel and great little bar with pool table. Fabulous magician one evening which kept us entertained and flabbergasted! Would return and recommend this hotel. Booked via Heidi who also arranged a great private transfer. Food and drink much cheaper here than in chamonix last year but you get charged for data on your phones as outside of roaming countries.

Great hotel for snowboarding and skiing, rooms are small as most ski hotels are but clean warm and with everything you need beds are comfortable and bathfooms are a good size. The food was a real revelation both breakfast and dinner were varied and plentiful and you could have something different every night but some of the choices are good enough to have more than once . The staff are very polite and helpfull so all in all a great place to base yourself for a week in the snow. (the sofas in the bar are super comfy so it's worth getting in early just to snag one!)

This s a great hotel. Really close to the slopes, food was good, plenty of choice. Martin the chef was lovely and very accommodating. We asked for gluten free croissants and it was no trouble at all. The receptionists were really friendly & helpful. The spa facilities aren’t the biggest but as you have to book it never got too busy and was great after a day skiing.
We had room 809 which had a good view and was a good size. The rooms were cleaned every day.
We will definitely be back!

Slight booking problem meant I was without a room however the helpful hotel staff quickly sorted it for me. The hotel is well situated for the slopes, they are just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Great facilities and enjoyed the steam room facilities with my boyfriend. The food was lovely with a great selection of food. The chef sometimes struggled to keep up with demand for popular dishes. Great location for the night life and apres ski. Comfortable bar area overlooking the street was a great place to relax but can get crowded at peak times.

Booked through Neilson we had requested a superior room only to be told a couple of weeks before departure that we had been downgraded to a standard room.

The standard rooms are small and basic, with a very small window, but they are functional and very clean. The walls are fairly thin, so the noise of people in the corridor and babies crying in adjacent rooms are noticeable. Kettles are not supplied in the room - although reception did find us one so we could make a proper cuppa.

The bar area was spacious and although beer was expensive, the house wine was reasonably priced and of reasonable quality. The Rioja is nicer though. Coffee is reasonable too - I’m quite fussy here so my reasonable is praise.

We booked half board and found the food quite good - there was sufficient variety to provide something for everyone. The restaurant staff were very attentive and helpful and made our stay really pleasurable.

If I returned to Andorra I would go back to Hotel Magic, for the excellent service provided by the staff rather than the room.

This is a nice hotel in the centre of the resort, a few minutes walk from the slopes.
The staff on reception, in the bar and in the restaurant were all very friendly and helpful.
I had a double room on the fourth floor. The room was spacious, warm and had a very comfortable bed.
I didn’t have a view at all from my room, which was a shame, but didn’t matter too much as I spent very little time in there.
The bar area was lovely, cosy and relaxed with a nice fire and a pool table. There was a good selection of reasonably priced drinks.
The restaurant was very nice. Both breakfast and dinner were buffet style, and the desserts each evening were lovely.
The ski locker room on the lower floor is excellent, spacious, with huge lockers.
One disappointing point was that prices are per room, rather than person. I understand this for the room itself, but found it strange that I had to pay as much for half board as a single person in a room as my two friends did in their room, meaning that I actually paid twice as much for my food as each of my friends.
Overall, a very nice hotel in a good location within the resort.

Good location, short walk from locker room to chair lifts. Rooms good size and clean. Beds comfy but not many hooks to hang ski jackets etc. Decent prices in bar for beers but spirits expensive. Steam room and jacuzzi decent to relax just pre book no charge for Crystal guests. Breakfast very good, evening meal a bit hit and miss but could always find something. Locker room in basement very good with key to your own cage to store skis etc. Would definitely recommend we went as a group of 12 ideally located for bars and restaurants with very little noise at night. Overall great hotel and location.
