Great place for short walk to slopes or shops where u leave your skis. Staff were all excellent and friendly. A little warm in the room but the windows do open. wifi good to ok. Nice and clean if not a bit basic and squashed for 3 in a room with not much space to lay out ski gear. Plenty of food choice of tasty hot food and prices for drinks not too bad. Had 3 issues in the room which were all fixed the evening we got back after reporting them - that's good service!

On a recent ski holiday to Andorra we stayed as a party of 3 adults at this hotel along with 3 others in a different room, both booked on the same day and paid the same price, on leaving at 2am in the morning to catch our flight we were told we weren’t allowed to leave until we paid an additional €140 as apparently we had a ‘childs’ room. This is okay though apparently but when we complain about the non existent hot water we are ‘liars’. Terrible rooms, terrible facilities and TERRIBLE staff, Stay clear.

We arrived around midnight and were very thirsty - although the bar was closed Rocello opened it for us so we could get soft drinks and hot chocolate - this was much appreciated after our 4 hour transfer from Barcelona. The hotel decor is outdated but it is very clean, the food is varied and high quality - I ate well as a vegetarian - wonderful tortilla one night. Rooms were an ok size beds were comfortable but the walls were quite thin. The best best thing about this hotel is the staff who are so friendly and helpful. The walk to the slopes is under 10 minutes but we had to wear our boots and carry our skis as all the lockers near the slopes were full. We loved playing a game of pool in the bar in the evening and the hotel is surrounded by supermarkets which was handy. The leisure centre is just over from the hotel with amazing views from the pool and hot tub. If we come back to Pas we will defintely stay here. Thank you to the fabulous staff - you make the hotel so good!

Very basic accommodation- but clean, comfy and in a good location. THE ROOM Large comfy beds, hot shower and spacious. There were a few problems however- the shower holder was hanging off the wall so shower head would fall off mid wash; the window didn’t close properly so the room could get cold at night; some wires hanging out of a light socket by the bed. None of the rooms have a balcony which is a shame. BREAKFAST The buffet is quite plentiful, but quality is poor- bread was hard, coffee horrible, scrambled eggs so slushy they were inedible. On the plus side the croissants were nice and fried eggs OK. Enough selection to get a decent feed before hitting the slopes. STAFF All friendly and pleasant LOCATION Situated in a nice quiet area at the bottom of town, only 5 minutes walk to lift, bars and restaurants All things considered, I would probably book this hotel again if I was on a very tight budget; as it does the job for a basic base to ski. Don’t expect luxury though!

Read varying reviews so wasn’t sure what to expect, but a lovely clean, friendly, well organised hotel. Unfortunately read that the rooms were so hot and packed accordingly, but not so, should have brought warmer night clothes. Not a bad thing or freezing, just not as hot as I like. Food is very good, plenty of choice, as with buffet can get cold, but there is a microwave so no big issue! Staff are friendly and attentive and seriously interested in you as a guest. Slopes are a five minute walk and everything is on the doorstep. No hesitation at all in recommending this lovely hotel. Will definitely come back to Pas de la Casa and this hotel.
