Excellent service, extremely clean, and comfortable, just what you need after a day at the slopes. Situated only 2-5 mins walk away from the ski lifts, ski rentals and the restaurants. Literally in the heart of the town of Pas de la casa. If you are looking for accommodation, stop here. You must go to this hotel. Super breakfast, atmosphere and really cheap for what it is! Alex (owner) and his team responded efficiently to our requests, with a smile and proper customer service. They really go the extra mile to serve their clients. My family and I stayed in a family room of 5.

Great hotel at good price. Staff very helpful and rooms very nice clean and spacious with plenty of storage space. Good coffee eggs and bacon for breakfast very welcome. Located opposite supermarket and close to slopes. Heated ski overnight lockers. I would definitely stay again. Ray

Great location for skiing, only 2 mins walk to the slopes and in the centre of town. Small, clean hotel with decent size and comfortable beds. Rooms cleaned daily. A decent breakfast spread. Most of all the staff are exceptional, very friendly and super helpful. I will certainly book this hotel again in the future.

We can’t list all the good things about Hotel Casado. It would take too long. The highlights include: lovely happy staff who couldn’t be more helpful, a great location, and a great breakfast to start the day. Oh, and Antonio’s hand-made sangria is the best! It’s a real treasure.

Firstly can I say, Antonio, what a guy. He covered the night reception while we were there (29th Jam - 4th Feb) and was really friendly, even when I nearly gave him a heart attack one night Late for a cigarette! He talked to me regularly when I had a cig break and was really nice. Overall we had a great deal here. Just a five/ten minute struggle to the nearest slope steps, down and up a steepish road (as they all are), it was pretty well based. Paddys Irish bar is on the road just down from the back entrance of the hotel where you enter and exit in your dirty boots-also where the lockers are for leaving skis and boots and hats etc overnight. There is a toilet down here too, very needed. You leave the key for your locker on a hook when your out for the day and take it up to room overnight. Paddys does make for a noisy night if your on the back. But it's a fairly noisy road with through walkers and cars with wheel spin at the front too. Take ear plugs. Lift at hotel helps with suitcases as coaches and minibuses tend to drop / pick you up at a mini round about, 10/15 min walk up snowy streets-take a rucksack! Don't use a wheely suitcase!! Room was clean with large single beds pushed together for a double. Short bath but hot Water. Our switch broke on day one that changes from bath to shower which is one of the two things u need when skiing for sure-a good shower at end of day / apres ski, and good ski socks! They couldn't fix it till Monday (we arrived Saturday eve), but they did so that's cool. Only sky news and CNN to watch I think, some channel with a Wesley snipes movie in English played one night but that's it. Take an iPad. We were in group of 8 so spread over 3 rooms on same floor. Tiled throughout so watch out for slipping from snow on outfits taken into rooms and upstairs. Hotel common area is a room by reception. Has a few couches in front tv playing winter sports or whatever u want, the bar serving some drinks, big bottles of water for your room, has tables and chairs for resting and eating and games, and they serve the breakfast in here. They lay out cereals and pastries etc but cook a tray of bacon and fried eggs for you too. You can have porridge or fruit. There is a toaster with bagels and bread etc and juice, tea and coffee. All was pretty nice and lady serving was friendly. At night the back entrance closes so get the code for the front from reception before you go out. It's literally round the corner from a few great bars-underground is a restaurant with massive wood fired oven for food and ribs to die for, they own a club across the road open till 3. Below pretty much is the red lion pub, always a party till 2. Paddys is till 2 I think and is on the pub party crawl circuit and gets real messy. Good to be so close to hotel.
