They have different size villas. We had a two bedroom, 2 bath with den and kitchen. Both bedrooms had queen beds, plus a single bed in one of the rooms as well. I would say 5 people sleep very comfortably. The couch in the den had wood arm rails, so I wouldn't think it would sleep very comfortably.
