This is an unusual and excellent hotel. It is perched on the shores of Lake Atitlan with rooms with some of the most fantastic mountain/water views I have ever seen. It is a new hotel, with large, well-maintained rooms, all with balconies. We didn't mind the 70 steps that lead to our apartment, but some might prefer the lower units...

We got married a couple days before New Years and stayed here to ring in the new year. Julio and the staff were very accommodating to allow us to book for our last minute travel, and the place was in great condition. HIs staff was VERY helpful to carry our luggage and drive us by boat from our arrival port....

Excellent place to stay, especially if you have your own boat; good restaurant available on site; A lot of other restaurants available in the nearby villages. The residence has a boat to organize excursions in the nearby villages. The hikers can reach San Antonio Palopo and Aguas Escondidas walking from the residence. Good swimming pool, tube and Gym on site.

We recently stayed at Hotel Atitlan Villas and truly enjoyed the experience. The location is gorgeous, and the vibe is really relaxing. You are removed from the hustle & bustle of Pana and other tourist towns and can simply enjoy the lake & views. The staff is very friendly, and the pool was great for the kids. This was a...

Atitlan Villas is fantastically secluded and a beautiful place to unwind from the hustle and bustle of every day life. The villas offer a perfect base from which to explore the myriad villages and towns dotted around the lake. The facilities themselves are first class. Whether you're in to relaxing by the lake or pool, or more adventurous pursuits like...

It was a peaceful idyllic setting. Our only complaint was mosquitos and no hair dryer. The food at the restaurant was very good. The staff was extremely helpful. We enjoyed kayaking and hiking near the property .

mcthGlenellyn, we strive for perfection and we apologize for the inconvenience of not having the hair dryer in your villa. It is our normal to have the hair dryers in each of the bathrooms, unfortunately during the Easter week we temporarily removed them from the villas for safety reasons due to a power outage in one of our main power...

We had the best time here. The setting was peaceful and beautiful and the staff went out of their way to take care of us. The pool and hot tub were great after a day of activities. We enjoyed the kayaking and jet skiing as well. Food was delicious.

I stayed at the Villas after a week and a half of traveling around the country on a tight budget. The Villas were a great place to unwind and soak in the amazing scenery from the pool, hot tub, our rooms, the balcony... okay, from just about anywhere. It was gorgeous! I really enjoyed the friendly staff, great food, cleanliness,...

The villa was faultless; clean and comfortable, however we spent very little time there due to the wealth of facilities and activities in and around the area. We spent the majority of our time playing in the pool, diving in the lake, kayaking, jet skiing, sitting in the hot tub or steam room and one morning we were lucky enough...
