Me and my team were in hotel mystic mountain for one night. Firstly, we were mesmerized with the structure and the location of the hotel. our room was fine but bed sheet in one o f our 3 single bed room was stained and amenity in our washroom was only for single person. next, while we were in the lobby waiting for our check in process we were served with welcome drinks which was excellent but the server return rolling the tray in the air. Managers and supervisors were provided with masks which was nice to see but for some for them, it was located in the chin or under the lips. one of the manager was nice with us asking all our comfort and corrected the soiled dishes which was laying in front of our door since long time. In the morning we were passing by staircases one of the employee was also passing but no greeting is heard. While having break fast I intentionally tried to bother server by requesting to bring food form buffet to table, answer was okay sir, but action was never done. I was ready with tips in my hand if he came with food. During our check out time we simply went to front desk to settle our bill after that there were no one to say thank you or say bye or visit again. All this shows hotelier there are lack in professionalism. we are not valued may be its because they thought we are domestic tourists but they forget we are contributing in their operation, revenue and in tourism. How long people will visit there for structure and natural beauty if the staff are not in real hospitable manner?? strict training and following of professionalism is indeed needed. I'm sure once again I will visit this place and I wish these small thing being taken care. I wrote all this because I also belongs to same industry and I have experience both as service provider and service consumer. Please take all this in positive way and try to fulfill all those gaps for all guests who visited there. I love hospitality and our hotel industry also our culture for guests.…
Stayed 4 nights at mystic mountain and it was incredible. The room was clean and all facilities were available. Sunrise from my balcony was amazing. Food excellent, staff were so friendly, helpful and just the best I have seen, definitely world class. Hope to visit again very soon. Kind regards Cheryl hickey
This was my third time visiting Mystic Mountain and this time too I had an amazing time. My family too enjoyed everything - rooms, view, food, location, Jacuzzi everything. The staff are very helpful especially in the restaurant. Seeing me with an infant, they offered to help in any way possible. Also the staff in the front desk are very cheerful and ready to answer any query. The driver dai who came to pick us up too was very friendly. Our overall experience was very good. And can't wait to visit again for the fourth time!
We visited the Hotel Misty Mountain for a family vacation. The service is brilliant. We had a car breakdown on the way to the hotel and the hotel provided a car to rescue us. The food, hospitality and service was world class and the staff were super friendly. A special mention to Bijay who is a consummate professional. The hotel itself is beautiful with the most breathtaking morning views.
The staff and service was excellent. The views also great. Despite the ongoing pandemic the hotel was quite busy. The room was spacious n bright n adequate but the sound proofing terrible. You could hear the next room... people in the corridor and the constant moving of furniture above on the outside patio. If you're looking for a quieter place I would recommend an alternative place.
