We stayed for one night, with two kids. Staff was really helpfull, especially young spanish girl. This is really a guest house, not a hotel, with magnificent rooms, and two saloons. Dining room is like from a movie, with good breakfast. We were all totally full. We have had sonny weather, this was even more perfect. I was missing coffee...

Stayed June 10th, 2015 We stayed one night at Bendarroch House. Bendarroch House is a small castle situated on 4 acres of fairytale gardens and forest leading up to the River Tay. The house and grounds are amazing. The rooms have beautiful garden views. The guest areas of the house are tastefully decorated and period antiques are interspersed throughout. Along...

We stayed here on May 10, 2015. Benderroch House is a lovely stone mansion located in the forest above the main road and the river. The room is located on the second floor, and there are several sitting rooms for guests, including a very nice sun room. A large-screen TV is available downstairs, but no TV is in the room....

-_Very nice B&B. Fabulous beds and rooms. A lovely 5' walk takes you to" Inn on the Tay" for dinner. Beautifull restaurant on the river with very good meals served. The country sorrounding is out of this world and the hostess very friendly.

Lovely building set in glorious country setting. A little hilly and tucked away. Rooms very large and a bit cold on arrival but once curtains closed it was cosy. Rooms dressed in Victorian type furniture and beds huge which you disappear into. Downside is the 2 flights of stairs to the rooms and there are no tea or coffee facilities...

Lovely house situated in a very quiet hamlet. Rooms spacious and good view from window. Good use of three public rooms especially conservatory which was lovely sitting hearing the birds chirping away not a sound of any traffic. Plenty use of tea and coffee facilities and custard creams. Very special thank you to Vanessa how found my emerald eternity ring...

Pleasant and friendly host. Superb location with extensive gardens and views at the front to the River Tay nearby. Evening meals available within 5 minute walk across the bridge. Charming/interesting décor, furniture, pictures and ornaments, etc., Good breakfast menu. Probably an idyllic place to stay during warm spring/summer weather... Regrettably, central heating throughout the house is inadequate for cold winter...

We arrived around 6 and expected to stay in the room the afternoon but it was freezing. The lady told us she had forgotten to put on the heating before but she should have done much more to help. They should have extra radiatord in case that happened, or at least make sure all the radiators were on (the one...

An older and charming small business. This is not a "hotel" in the modern sense, far more a traditional but informal leisure retreat. Tea and coffee making facilities are available downstairs in one of the two "common rooms". The other room has a large TV where you can again enjoy the company of other guests during the evening. How refreshing...
