.very nice view, ambiance & costumer service...a bit pricey but compensated by their excellent service... friendly accomodating staff...just dont book their ifugao rooms if you are in your 50's....horrible dangerous for such age group...they should tell guestd the architectual design of the accomodation prior to booking...thise huts are for yuppies only...other than those, book the regular rooms instead...

the view from the reception area is breathtaking! Checking in was smooth and we were accompanied to our rooms. We stayed at the bayfront rooms which are the best ones to stay in because aside from having the best view of the serene and blue waters (not to mention the stunning sunset), the rooms are far from the crowd so it offers more privacy. The room is just right for 2 persons. Clear full length glass windows are a plus to give you a better view of the beauty outside. For a bit of privacy, the rooms are provided with black out curtains. there's a small table and 2 chairs just outside your room that functions as a balcony where you can sip your coffee or even have your breakfast there. Cabanas are available all over the place which can be used for your dining or lounging needs. The bathroom is not welldesigned though. The toilet seat is too close to the bathroom door. the toilet area gets wet and soaked when you take a bath or shower. Not to mention that the water from the faucet is kinda salty so the soap doesnt make a foam and it stings when you wash your sunburnt face. as one patron suggested, use mineral water as a final rinse. drinking water is free, just ask from the restaurant and they'll give you a pitcher. breakfast is buffet style on sundays. on other days, it was plated. probably depends on the number of guests booked. breakfast is good, with an omelet station and free flowing coffee, tea, milo. you can even have breakfast anywhere in the resort. as for lunch and dinner, you have to order from the restaurant. no bringing in of food aside from snacks and chips. Their food is delicious and good for 2-3 persons. We didnt order the pizza coz it was priced at P1100! They also have alcoholic drinks, priced like in Manila restaurants. service is impeccable. very polite staff and very responsive. the best for me was the view especially at sunset. anywhere you sit in the resort, you get a stunning view. The best spot for me for the sunset is by the seating area just above the waters in the breakfast buffet area. they said the place was expensive. but its worth it.

Our stay was quite pleasant, staff are polite, the overall ambience of the resort is really great, good swimming pool and a rocky beach you can swim. Their restaurant serves good food, it's a bit pricey but no complain as the food taste great. One downside is that when you're unlucky and there are just a few guests checked-in then the pool and restaurant close early. The restaurant close at 8pm, though 8pm is reasonable enough to order your evening food and snacks. But the pool close at 7pm and it is a deal breaker for me. I mean, they are operating a resort and the pool close at 7pm?! What am I gonna do after the pool and restaurant close? 8pm seems to be still early but sadly there's no more activity left in this resort after 8pm.

-- Service - 100!!!!! Super nice ng staff... very polite pa <3 -- Maganda yung view and room. -- Hindi masakit sa balat yung pool water (maalat lang sya, parang sa dagat kinuha, same sa water sa room. Free naman yung mineral water so pwedeng magrequest anytime. I suggest na yung last gargle after toothbrush and last buhos sa face ay mineral water na lang ang gamitin :D) -- Kasama sa package yung breakfast FOOD: Spinach Pizza and Grilled Liempo - 100!!!! MASARAP! Remind them na lang pag nabasa nyo to.

We had a very bad experience in this resort. We arrived around lunch time and they wanted to charge us additional 30% if we want to be checked in already. It was a weekday and their checkout time is strictly 12noon. Why can't they have a room available for us? Their standard check in is 3pm. I've never heard of a check in this late! The receptionists are also very rude and not helpful at all. No assistance at all. They don't allow outside food and drinks. So you need to eat in their restaurant where prices are exorbitant! Too expensive indeed. Like a little bit more expensive than eating in a hotel. They offer ihaw facility with a fee of 2k. This is just the facility at self service and don't even include the food. And, can i again remind you that you will pay to do it yourself?? Who in their right mind will do that? Their rooms are very simple. With the rate they charge for this, it is not worth it. We dived in their waters and there is nothing to see at all. No wonder we didn't see anyone diving with us. How can you charge this rate with this very very poor service, exorbitant food, very simple room, nothing to see in the water and extra charge if you check in before 3pm?? Really, i haven't heard any hotel or resort with a check in of 3pm or who charges extra to check in just a little bit early!! Totally worst experience. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

No hot water, not good services evenif we booked 3 double rooms and 1 big room for three people, there is have insect. But food is ok for our foreigner, funny diving but expensive, u need to pay 3520p for hotel, beside that u need to rent boat to go to the diving area, 8705 fast boat and 6060for small boat, otherwise diving area is not belong to hotel so u need to pay other fee 250P/pax. My group has 8pax, rent two p boat , the fast one for my team, another one for instructor, so total we need to pay almost 5500p /pax. And can't cancel so after pay u should clear everything with hotel.

The place is good but unfortunately, that is all this place has to serve. The food is too expensive considering the quality and quantity of the food and serving. Either it is too salty or doesn't taste good at all. They do not allow us to bring in outside food or pay corkage which is fine but we do expect the quality of food and service to be at least decent which sadly we are disappointed. Some examples are: Bulalo doesn't taste like bulalo, the pinakbet was too salty. We also ordered Salad and the serving was too damn small! View wise is great but I don't recommend their food.

Upon checking in, it was fast. You just need to present your ID, vaccination card, pay the balance if there are any, pay the security deposit and you're good to go. We were escorted by the staff and we rode on a golf cart going to our room. We stayed in Bayfront view rooms. It was near the free diving/kayaking spot, it was really easy to go to the pool, as well as go to the bay if you want to go free diving. On our first day we went to the infinity pool. It was an okay experience, not too crowded. We tried the 15 ft. pool. This is where you can practice free diving. A staff was kind enough to give us some pointers when free diving. During dinner, we had to order food. There are a lot to choose from, at first we thought that it was a bit pricey, but then when we got our orders we knew the reason for the price. Food is great and served with great quantity. The rooms are okay, everything we needed were there. Water is a bit lacking since you only get 2 small bottles, but you can ask for service water. It's free! We had no problems sleeping whatsoever. The next day we had our breakfast buffet, as i've mentioned the food is great! We went kayaking after we ate. You just need to tell the staff that you want to go kayaking and they will immediately help you setup your gear and kayak. After kayaking we rented snorkels and went free diving. I'm safe to say we enjoyed our experience here. The place is peaceful, the staff are friendly, food is great. Overall experience was great, will be coming back to this place again.
