We stayed 3 nights and the rooms were very clean and the owners are great people. The Lodge is very old but has been recently renovated. Believe me it is not fancy and you might say very basic, however when fishing, how fancy does one need? There is a restaurant adjacent to the property that serves great food.

This place isn't fancy but it is VERY clean and very well run. Carolyn and Jane are very warm and made me feel right at home. Although this is a bit of a budget hotel the room was large, and it had very nice towels and toiletries, microwave, fridge, wifi, cable...I couldn't ask for anything more. The are very accommodating... More

This place was old. Others talked about the renovations, but we were in the two story building and there were no renovations going on in our room. The other building, the one story building was the original it appears and i did not see into any of those rooms

The lodge was very convenient to the river. Good restaurant right there. We stayed in the two story building. I think the other side of the lodge might have been better. The a/c was very loud, it backed up to the fans of the restaurant, beds were comfortable, the place was old but clean, some things didn't work, staff was... More

This lodge has been in existence for a long time. The owners have been renovating the rooms and they are really neat. The room we had was woodsy and fishing theme and we really enjoyed it. They are located close to a park and fishing area on the White River. Guides with boats are available for an adventure you'll never... More

VERY clean. Updated older buildings -- nice rooms. Friendly owner/managers. Like the fisherman decorative touches in the rooms. Bed was comfortable. Great view of the bridge from the back side of the motel.

I had stayed here a year ago and came back this year with my wife for a couple of days of trout fishing. Once again it proved to be a great place to stay. I love the decor of the room and the bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and well appointed. I was afraid that maybe they... More

I rated this average but it was exactly what we needed and expected. The price was great, its just a minute from the Cotter Trout Dock where we were fishing. We had stayed at this location when it was the White Sands Motel many years ago. It is dated but clean and comfortable. The owner and her son were both... More

Cute, clean and right next to a great fishing area and park! Not fancy but just right for trout fishing trip. Lots of chairs in room, chairs outside, grills. Very comfy for hanging out. Two restaurants next door just quick walk. The white sands restaurant is owned by family and good place to eat. We didn't try other one. There's... More

I was planning on a camping/hunting/camping trip, but the impending forecast made me rethink the camping. Last minute, I called and one of the owners answered. She was very helpful and accommodating. We arrived fairly late in the evening, and everything was exactly as we were told it would be! We stayed three nights with them, and the owners (two... More
