We are right next to the beach in Ayangue. Coming from Guayaquil the bus will leave you at the bus stop in the highway. Downtown Ayangue is 3km from the bus stop, there you can take a taxi (about $2 per person) to the town and the lodge.
Once in the lodge we can arrange a taxi to leave you at the bus station when you need to go back to Guayaquil
