This Motel has started the remodel so there are some inconveniences (pool is closed, parking lot has areas cordoned off). Of the two Yuma Motel 6's I would recommend this one. It is located about 2 blocks from the police station. The room I had was not updated but I could see work is ongoing. The ADA parking looks nearly... More

I have been here for a couple of months and think its time to set the record straight. This motel is one of the few that has not been updated and still has carpeted floors and comfortable chairs to sit on. The lights in my room all work fine, so does the a/c, and there are plenty of Towels. If... More

Less than expected, and I didn't expect much. I have stayed at many Motel 6, and I only expect clean and basic. These guys charge extra for internet, would not give the AAA discount, the carpet is stained badly, the shower is tiny and the shower curtain is to short-allowing water everywhere. Only one tiny towel in the room, a... More

Stupid ugly motel, noisy tenants & homeless in parking lot. I left my phone charger and called to ask them to mail to me since I was back in California but was told "they don't do that!!" I offered to pay for mailing & after giving bad service they decided yes they will mail to me....well of course it never... More

I arrived about 6pm which is about an hour longer than I felt like driving to start with. I am very used to Motel 6's all across the country and am generally satisfied with them. The first room I got, the light switch turned on over the bed, but then would not work to turn on the other light or... More

Weather in the 80's Feb. 2015. Took 3 days to finally get the air condition turned on. Took 3 days of complaining. Towels are cotton, polyester. Feel like sandpaper on your skin. Floor in bathroom ripped, torn and coming up. Not a good trip.

Area is a bit questionable / industrial towards along 16th Street, with homeless people sleeping in cars. I felt safe with my two dogs, though. Small room, not remodeled, damage to walls & tub & sink & floor in the bathroom, small TV, no frills. Big stain on carpet. But it was clean, the bed was soft and I slept... More

This is my second visit within six months, weather is beautiful this time of year. Staff is courteous and helpful, strangely the TV has snow in the daytime but is fine at night. Public transport is sparse and a car is a necessity, there are some pretty good local eateries. Places to eat range from a great Steakhouse to Mexican... More

Stayed 7/20/2914. The staff were friendly. The room was updated and clean. Pet friendly. As typical of most Motel 6, the bed mattress was not comfortable but slept okay in spite of it. Free coffee in the morning. A good value for under $50 for two persons and a dog.
