Office worker Cathy was a very caring person. Other than that this rv park left a very expensive and dissatisfied experience for us. Park is very mismanaged and absolutely no regard for its occupants. Summer months coming on and they decide to remodel the pool. Only thing to do with extreme temperatures and tear up the pool? No mail delivery on Saturday and the manager lives site. Make sure if you fork out 3000 plus dollars to stay in this place that it's absolutely worth it to you. Because if an emergency arrises management doesn't care enough to even talk to you about it. There is better parks in Yuma. Please look for them. You'll be glad you did.

This park was rated 10.10.10! How they have that rating is beyond me. Check in was great , assistance to our site was great.. and that’s about it. The highway noise is so loud we had to buy ear plugs just to sleep. The pull through sites are just a joke. I think the management is out for the money and has no regard to the comfort of their guests. I have never been so close to another RV in any park we have stayed. When we opened the door to our outdoor kitchen it hardly cleared hitting the RV beside us. The patio between is a strip of concrete where you can look at your trailer or the neighbors. We are big outdoor people ( I mean we did come for the sun) and never sat outside once. We had booked and paid for a week and after the first night we were looking for a new spot. We moved 3 days later when we could find something else and lost the money for the rest of the week. This is by far the worst RV park we have ever stayed in. If you don’t like semi trucks going by all day and all night, and you enjoy time outside and want some trees and space avoid this park!!!

These are narrow sites but they do have some pull throughs. Friendly staff along with 50 amp service. Pool is small but very clean. There is a lot of highway noise especially in the pull through sites.

This is a wonderful Park and great people both in the office and ones who live in the park. The park offers many activities which you can choose to participate in or not. The newest addition is the Pickle Board. Some of the choices are shuffleboard, billiards, horse shoes, quilting, and Bingo. You can never choose to be bored.Time to relax, there is a pool and hot tub or you can visit the Gym. The staff in the office (Cathy, Sheila and Tom) are great people and offer any help that you may need.
