This hotel is a sleeper -- if you usually stay at chains because they're predictable, take a chance on this. Clean, modern, good-sized rooms (2-room King suite), security gates...it's all good. Nice to know where we'll stay the next time we're passing through Yuma
We have stayed in Yuma before but not at this particular hotel, which is outstanding in comparison to the chain hotels. It was clean, we had a large room and all rooms are situated around the courtyard with a pool and nice cabanas. The staff were friendly and helpful and several nights a week they host a Happy Hour, we thought that was a great touch for weary travelers. We had 4 tickets, two for drinks, (beer, wine and soda), and two for food, we were able to make this our dinner and drink for the evening. I would recommend this over all the other hotels in the area, price was comparable. Shopping abounds in this part of Yuma, across the street are more restaurants and shops.
Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Room had king size bed plus sitting room. Lots of shelves plus small fridge and microwave. Gorgeous courtyard area 26th fountains and free breakfast. The room was bright though even with the shutters because of the parking lot next door. Not much you can do about that though
This used to be the best place in Yuma, spacious suites (still are), Happy Hour (still have), complimentary breakfast (still there , such as it is). Room interiors are old & not updated (except for TV). Cocktail Hour drinks & bags of potato chips. Used to have veggies, crackers, dips, nuts nice healthy things. Breakfast had nothing healthy except apples & bananas. No cereal (except kiddie stuff loaded with sugar). TV didn't work, had to have front desk person come fix it, Direct TV so of marginal quality. Heaters did not work, set to 78 & moderately cool are blew in (both units)
We booked our 2-night stay based on other reviews. What a lovely inn! Our room had a nice separate sitting area in addition to a comfortable bedroom. Our room was downstairs close to the office and restaurant area. They have a lovely patio area where guests can enjoy a complimentary glass of wine during happy hour. The pool area has lush landscaping, which gives the property a resort feeling. They offer a breakfast buffet with hot items cooked to order. I highly recommend this lodging and we will stay again on our next trip to Yuma.
The staff was excellent, efficient and friendly. Our room was beautiful and very clean. There were grills, landscaping and comfortable shady spots outside. Room 109 was near a gate so getting in and out was a breeze. The pool and cabanas were lovely. Everything was in working order. Breakfast was plentiful with many choices. Our whole family (3 generations) had a great time.
This hotel is conveniently located off the free way near many restaurants and entertainment establishments within a mile. Building was clean neat and presentable with rooms that open up to a lush green courtyard and pool/spa area. The staff and overall vibe of the place was relaxing and easy going. The room was clean and surprisingly large for a standard double queen I was impressed. They have a great breakfast and cocktail hour. I would recommend to anyone who is staying in Yuma.
I quite enjoyed staying here, and would choose it again if I'm in Yuma. It has much more character than the big-name chain hotels around town. It was located perfectly for me just off I-8. They included a breakfast, and although it's nothing fancy it's a nice way to start the day. Rooms were surprisingly modern, clean and comfy, as the exterior looks a bit aged. The two downsides: 1) rooms facing the courtyard can get noisy if there are large parties around the pool or gazebo; 2) parking is limited and some people park trucks towing boats that take up multiple spaces.
Xochil at front desk professional yet friendly. Was allowed early check in when i called. The room was spotless, no perfume/fake smells. Towels & sheets were crisp & white. The AC was cold & quiet on a very hot day. Pool was crystal clear & inviting. The cabana provided great shade. The free breakfast was a pleasant surprise with waffle & omlette station, home fries as well as usual continental fare. Close proximity to mall where we grabbed a movie. Our 1st excursion out in 18 months due to covid & couldn't have picked a more relaxing stay.
Traveling coast to coast with grandson so this was last stop before California Melinda provided excellent customer service by being knowledgeable and helpful to meet needs Room was clean and pool was well kept
